He let us know that one of our cats wasn’t eating, and that one of our dogs was having trouble going to the bathroom, and he worked with us to figure it out. We had a bit of an ant problem while we were out of town for the weekend—Susan offered to pick us up some ant baits from Home Depot since she was planning on going the next day anyways (this was on my to-do list, but I didn’t have time to get them before we left for our trip, so I was so stoked to see her kind offer in my messages!)
