“Ella dropped in on my two cats for a week while I was out of town. She sent lots of photos and updates at the same time each day, just like we had discussed during our meet & greet. One of my cats is hesitant with strangers, but Ella was able to bond with him and get him to come out of his hiding spot. She was even kind enough to put a scoop of kibble outside each day for a stray cat who has been hanging around my house. It’s pretty obvious that Ella is an animal lover, and I’ll be happy to hire her again in the future.”

She asked important questions about his likes and dislikes and was knowledgeable regarding how to read cat’s body language and cues. Her updates were thorough and I could tell just from her language when he’d warmed up to her and showed her his affectionate side (it has to be earned and it’s well-worth the effort!). She made sure to spend time playing with him, snuggling him, brushing him, and doing all of my strange requests to fill up treat puzzles and hide treats for him so he wouldn’t be bored. 10/10 recommend her for all your cat sitting needs!”

The first day, the key didn’t work to our apartment for her. She was willing to come back a second time once our landlord unlocked the door so that the pets didn’t go without.
