“Alton, Valerie, and their whole family always take such good care of Indy and are great with communication and sending photos throughout each stay. We highly recommend them!”

“Heather is ohenomenal. She basically adopts my dog for three days. Kept me informed and at ease. A time of great strain became bearable because of her care for my Emma. I will use her service again!”

“Kim and James took such good care of our dog. They are both extremely caring and did so much to make sure she was comfortable and felt loved. We will definitely use them again.”

“Ramon, my 6lb Chihuahua, was well cared for for first time by Eileen and Jeff. Prior to my vacation, we exchanged notes about his care and need to be transported to their home. Eileen willing did the transportation. Vacations are fun, but can be stressful too. I did not worry about Ramon under their loving care while I was away. Photos shared confirmed his well being. Thank you Eileen and Jeff. Ramon and I look forward to future visits!”

“We love Julie! Birdie always has a great time at Hachi House running around with the other dogs and getting attention from Julie and her family. We love all the pictures and videos and feel confident Birdie is well taken care of any time we are away.”

“Maddie loved her stay with Brooke. We appreciated all the love and attention that Brooke gave to our pup while she was staying with her. The daily pictures and updates we received were reassuring that Maddie was enjoying her vacation too. We will definitely be booking a stay for Maddie again.”

“Manny and Stefan were great! They spend lots of time with the dogs, letting them run around all day. Super flexible in accommodations, and plenty of chickens and cows for the dogs to observe. Will be booking with them again.”

“Leslie was so great at watching our dog over the holidays! We'd absolutely use her again. She had great flexibility and communication and we could tell Powder was getting royal treatment.”

“Lynda is a great dog sitter! Nellie is always excited when she realizes that she will get to see Lynda. Lynda also send photos of Nellie and we can see she is happy to be there.”

About: Hi! I’m Sabrina, I’ve had dogs and cats all my life. We’ve currently got a 3 year old 50 lb mix breed female dog named Maple who loves to meet dog friends and play. Also have 2 cats in the home who don’t mind dogs as long your dog(s) won’t go after them. I’m home most of the day and your dog(s) would be able to play with Maple, nap on our couches and chill with our family until you get back! I’m home most of the time, so your dog won’t be left alone. My daily routine includes exercising my dog in our backyard daily so your dog can join in fetch or fun sniffing or doggy chase, or whatever they want! We have a large fenced backyard, and a sweet female dog to keep yours company. I’m home most of the day, so your pup won’t be left alone.
“Tracy was so great for my boys on my first Christmas without them. Her home setup is made for pups. She loves and keeps every pup in her care safe even on busy weeks! I appreciate the updates and the cuddles she shared with my guys!”

“Emily was incredibly easy to communicate with, kept us updated frequently about our pup, and clearly has a natural talent for working with animals. She is wonderful and our doggy was well cared for while we were away.”

“Patricia was amazing. She met with us before booking, and helped us to acclimate our dogs to her home before their long stay. She was accommodating, friendly, and was always fast to respond! We received an update almost once a day on our week and a half long vacation. Updates on how they were doing and if either of them had issues. When we came to pick up our babies, they didn't immediately recognize us and protected her house like it was their own. They truly enjoyed their stay with Patricia, and I would highly recommend her and will use her again if I ever need a puppy sitter while in Spokane. Thank you again Patricia, you and your family offered an amazing pawcation for our babies. - All their love, Toffee and Moka”

“Amanda was great with Sadie on our vacation! It was such a relief knowing she was safe and with a caring family! Amanda communicateed almost daily with me and sent photo updates while we were gone. Sadie got a surprise bath the day before we picked her up! We look forward to using her care in the future! Thank you for everything Amanda!”

“Kelly is wonderful! I always know our dog is in great hands when she’s with Kelly. I can tell Kelly loves her own dog, and treats our dog like family too. She is quick to communicate and sends photos daily while we’re away. I highly recommend Kelly!”

“We are delighted to share our glowing review for Jeremy and Raelynn who take care of our dog Arthur when we are away. Their dedication and love for animals are truly commendable, and their attention to detail and commitment to our dog's well-being is exceptional. One of the aspects that truly sets them apart is that they provide regular updates and send lots of pictures. It brings us so much joy to receive these updates and see Arthur having a great time. Their commitment to keeping us informed and involved in Arthur’s activities is awesome. Moreover, we greatly appreciate the effort they put into ensuring our dog's socialization. Arthur gets the opportunity to play and interact with their own dog, Copper, as well as other dogs that they pet sit! Overall, the care and attention that they provide for Arthur is exceptional. We are grateful for their professionalism, reliability, and genuine love for animals. We can confidently say that Arthur is in the best hands when we are away. We highly recommend their services to any pet owner seeking a trustworthy and caring pet-sitting experience.”

All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.

While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in WA ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
