She had injured her back leg about a month before her stay, and they were incredibly thoughtful in managing her needs. They made sure she got all her medications and adjusted her walks based on what she could handle. I’m pretty sure Callie felt like she was at a spa—between the gentle attention, extra brushing, and love from their three wonderful kids, she was clearly in great hands. I accidentally mixed up the pickup date by a day, but Lindsey and Leland were incredibly accommodating and kept Callie that extra day without hesitation. I was so relieved, knowing she wouldn’t have to be shuffled to a different home just for one night. Throughout her stay, they regularly updated us with photos—Callie lounging in the grass, out on a walk, or happily curled up in someone’s lap. The peace of mind they gave us was priceless. If I could give Lindsey and Leland six stars, or more, I absolutely would. They went above and beyond in every way.”
“Renee took such great care of our lab. He is a gentle giant and a big chicken. She sent us pictures regularly and gave us updates which put our minds at ease. And we could tell in the pictures that he felt right at home and was getting lots of love and snuggles. She also took him on walks and threw the ball for him regularly.
