“Sarah was great! She was prompt and courteous and got on well with our pups. She even left us a drawing she made of on of our dogs. Very sweet and would be very happy having her watch our dogs again.”

“Shachel was great during our weekend anniversary getaway. All of our fur babies loved her they got along very well. She did everything we asked of her and even put the bedding in the washer before she left. We would definitely recommend her to anyone.”

“Erika took my booking on short notice. She communicated well, sent me pictures of Huxley while I was gone and relieved the stress of wanting my dog to be taken care of while I was away. Thank you Erika!”

“We would definitely recommend Josh. When we got home the pups were happy and the house was in good order. He even checked in with us to make sure we got home ok and offered to check on the pups if we were running late. Him and his fiancée had good energy and made us feel like our pups were in good hands.”

“#1 Gabby and Kade toke such good care of our doggie! They sent me updates and pictures throughout the day of Maggie and their care of her. They communicated with us so well and made us feel totally comfortable knowing our doggie was still living her best life :) #2 They toke such good care of our home. They went over and above and watered my flowers and left the home just like we left it. Everything washed and put away. So nice. Highly recommend Gabby and Kade!”

“Christy is very easy to work with. She showed up on time for the first meet and greet and she was on time in the day of the sitting. She communicated throughout the time we were gone. We received plenty of pictures of our pups as well. She also accommodated my mom bringing her dog over for a few hours while we were gone.”

“Danyelle was great! She was very easy to communicate with, and she asked all the right questions to ensure she could give our dog the best care possible. We knew Brisket would be in good hands before we left for the weekend, and she looked happy and comfortable in the pictures that Danyelle sent.”

“Laura is absolutely wonderful! She took great care of our pups and cat while we were out of town. Kept us updated with pictures which I loved!! Will definitely book again. Highly recommend Laura!”

“I ended up having a family emergency and found Emilyanne last minute. She was flexible and came for the meet and greet with my dad the next day and watched my 2 elderly, large breed dogs the following day. She was very thorough, took great care of my girls, exercised them everyday, updated me with photos multiple times daily and took great care of my house. I came home to a spotless house, clean fridge, a poop scooped yard and laundry done. I would highly recommend Emilyanne and would use her again for future dog sits.”

About: I’ve taken care of large and small dogs since I was 13 years old because my family always had lots of dogs. In my life I have owned 2 Bassett hounds, a golden lab/german shepherd, a golden retriever/great Pyrenees, 2 pitbulls, a corgi, and a chihuahua mix, so I am well versed in taking care of varying sizes of puppies I am currently a college student so I have lots of time to accommodate your needs and wide open availability to help take care of your babies. I am willing to cater to whatever specific needs that they have and whatever feeding/walking routine they need as well as playing and snuggling with them and giving them lots of love
“Jennifer is a compassionate attentive person who will put the care of your pet above all. Despite the challenges my dog presented she was never fearful or unwilling to stop working with her and celebrated the small successes along the way. Thank you Jennifer for your care.”

“Karla was fantastic, it was a long trip for us and I didn’t worry at all about the care she was giving as she kept me informed with photos and messages. She left my house spotless as well.”

About: About Me Hi! I’m home full-time and would love to give your pets all the love and attention they deserve. I spend my days with my two kids and our playful Goldendoodle, who’s always excited to make new friends. What I Offer Whether your pet enjoys romping in the yard with my dog or prefers a cozy spot inside, I’ll make sure they feel safe and cared for. Walks, playtime, belly rubs, and snuggles are all part of the package! I welcome dogs and other pets of all sizes for daytime visits, overnight boarding, or longer stays. My Promise Your furry family members will be treated like my own — with kindness, patience, and plenty of attention. I’m available full time. My kids and dog and I are home all summer and would love to take care of your pets. We’re available anytime 😊 I have a fenced yard that pets are welcome to play in, as well as inside. My dog loves and welcomes friends. My kids love playing with them as well!
About: I’ve loved and taken care of animals since I was a kid. My family used to call me the dog whisperer because I was the family and friend pet sitter. I have some training experience from my own pets and those of my family. I am a firm believer that a pet is truly a part of the family and should be treated as such! I work from home and can house dogs during the day. I love taking walks in the mornings and evenings and bringing a furry friend along sounds like such a treat! Weekend hikes are also more enjoyable with company! My dog is like my child. She gets love and affection all throughout the day and as often as I can afford. I also have a large fenced in yard that my pup loves to run in all the time. I do my best to keep my pup happy and healthy. I want her to live a long and happy life.
“Alexis helped me out and watched Bo for me for 8 straight days. The longest I had ever been away, and she did a great job keeping up informed with how he was doing by messaging and pictures. Bo had a great time playing with her two dogs and was no doubt fun for him. I would not hesitate to ask Alexis to watch Bo again and easily recommend her to others.”

About: I used to walk dogs when I was younger but I also grew up around a lot of dogs! Big and small, I know dogs always love some play time, good scratches, treats, and a nice walk! Pet care is something that I can do anytime during the day, I’m available anytime. I do have online classes but those never stopped me from going on walks or anything else. My home is very small, however, I have plenty of room for dogs to lounge as well as a nice big window for them to look out. I would be respectful of the owners home, making sure to keep an eye on their loved ones to ensure they don’t get into anything they shouldn’t. Any overnights I would have someone accompany me as a safety precaution. I live right next to the Spokane river so river walks would be something I do often. There is also a park very close to play at!
Coeur d'Alene pet parents share their Rover experiences
This is the third time we used Gabby & Kade for housesitting and to care for our three dogs. They took great care of our home and were absolutely amazing with our finicky mini Australian Shepherds. These dogs are skittish and slow to trust but Gabby & Kade handled them with ease. Gabby & Kade provided frequent updates and photos, which allowed us to have a great vacation knowing the dogs and our home were in great hands.

Angelina was our first in-home dog sitter, and she was awesome. She met our pups in advance and got to know them a bit, and then stayed with them for 5 days. Each day she would send us pics and videos of the happy pups playing and cuddling. She communicated with us throughout our trip and put our minds at ease that our fur babies were in good hands. When we arrived home late, we found a perfectly neat house just as we had left it. Not a single dish in the sink, and she put her sheets and blankets from the guest bedroom in the laundry room hamper. She certainly didn’t need to do that, but it was a nice thoughtful touch that we appreciated. We were very happy with our experience with Angelina. The dogs were even more mellow and even tempered than usual when we walked through the door which is rare for them, which made us feel like they got lots of love and affection while we were gone. She definitely earned 5-Stars!

The best with my puppies! Meshell is friendly, responsible and trusting. She is also very good at communication and making sure I didn't forget any details about her stay. I had her house sit my 2 pups and I know they were well taken care of and loved. The bonus was that I got lots of cute pictures while I was away and missing them. I would highly recommend Meshell and will use her in the future.

Monica was absolutely wonderful. She is very knowledgeable about dogs and clearly has experience with dogs. She sent many photos along with her or Dobby’s remarks. I trusted her with Dobby and never had a moment of anxiety or distrust. I was able to enjoy my holiday. I truly hope that she is available the next time I am in need of sitter.
