About: My father taught me about life by giving me pets since I was able to walk. Animals are a gift and should be treated like they are family. I work full time, but I still have plenty of time to take care of your pets. Having a small farm myself, my kids, who are older, pitch in to give animals all the care and love they need! I have a fenced in property and enclosed kennels for exercise. I also enjoy taking them on walks and playing ball with them outside. Any specific requests will try to be honored…
“Was so comforted knowing someone caring and trustworthy was looking in on my dear pups while I was away. Totally appreciated receiving updates and photos with each visit. I could tell they were happy and safe. Would most definitely recommend Kelly!!”

“Monica was amazing. She walked our little dog multiple times a day and kept him busy while we were away. It was hard to leave him for 6 days but she took great care of him and gave me peace of mind. I was updated with each walk and visit with multiple pictures. I am very happy and will use her again if she’s available.”

“Christy was extremely kind and accommodating assisting me when my dog sitter was unable to make it due to an emergency. She has great communication, sent lots of wonderful updates and notified me of how my dogs were really doing! I would absolutely book again and appreciated her making time to check on my dogs last minute!”

“Stephanie is the best with our cat, Maggie! We can tell that she really enjoys being around our cat and in turn our cat really enjoys being around Stephanie. We get the best updates from her and always feel that our kitty is well cared for. Thank you Stephanie!”

“We had such a wonderful experience with Jackie over a long weekend. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond even taking the time to meet with us beforehand. While away, her communication was exceptional. She kept us updated with thoughtful messages and clearly treated our cat with so much care and attention. It gave us total peace of mind. When we returned home, we were genuinely touched to find a sweet thank you card and a warm “welcome home” loaf of bread from her favorite bakery. That level of thoughtfulness is so rare and truly sets her apart. I cannot recommend her highly enough, she is truly one of a kind. If you’re looking for someone who will treat you and your pets like family book with Jackie.”

About: I work remotely and love taking walks throughout the day to stop looking at screens. I go for frequent runs, walks and hikes and love taking a dog with me, just let me know if you would like your pup to get extra exercise! I live in downtown CDA area with a large fenced yard and a great neighborhood for walks! I only take in one dog at a time. I had both dogs and cats growing up and I'm a proud Aunty of all my friends dogs when they are out of town. I always look forward to it! If you have a strong high energy dog, don't sweat it. I had a retriever/chow mix for 14 years and I'm stronger than I look. :) Currently I work in real estate so I make my own hours and have plenty of time to walk your pup and give them extra attention I have a large fenced yard, a good size home for them to roam around, and a great neighborhood for long walks. <3 danyelle .
“Rose was great! This is the first time my husband and I used the Rover app. It’s hard to trust a stranger to watch our fur babies, but once we met Rose, we could tell she was easy to trust. She sent us daily updates and loved on our two kitties while we were away. Not having to worry about the cats helped make our trip that much more enjoyable. Would highly recommend her! Will 100% use her in the future. :)”

Cat parents share their Rover experiences - Coeur d'Alene
Laura was wonderful to work with. It's evident that she is well versed in animal care. She was gentle and kind with my pets. She was great at communicating and overall on it. We felt at ease traveling knowing our home and cat were in good hands. Based in our experience with Laura, I highly recommend her for pet or house sitting.
I am so thankful Christy was available to watch my Frankie Poo last week. She put me at ease, we first scheduled a house visit to get acquainted and from there it was an easy choice to proceed with her services. She is so passionate about animals, and she really loved both of our pets as much as we do. Thank you for coming over this last week, and spending time with my lil’ Frankie Frank. You’re truly a treasure!

Emilyanne was wonderful to work with. She took great care of our 2 cats, 28 chickens and 1 goose. Her communication was great and she sent multiple pictures/videos each day. She went above and beyond with cleaning and spending time interacting with the cats. We would definitely use her again and recommend her to anyone.

Jeanette did an excellent job and took great care of my kitty--seeing she got lots of petting, brushing and loves. That's important for Pandora as she is a very people oriented little girl. Every thing was clean and neat and Jeannette even put out some bird seed without being asked. We will definitely have her back.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
