About: Hi, I’m Matt! Throughout middle school and high school, I volunteered at a local animal rescue, providing care to various dogs. I’ve dog sat for a few people I know personally, providing drop in visits, overnight care and walks. Additionally, I've grown up with dogs, and we currently have three of our own who I’m with every day and love very much. I’m a college student (currently on break from classes) who works part time, so my availability is built around this. This means my week to week availability may not always look the same, but I will leave my schedule open for Rover whenever I can, ensuring I provide your dog with proper care. When caring for your dog in your home, they will always be safe and sound. For drop in visits, I will make sure to follow your dog’s normal routine to ensure their comfort. For walks, I will follow your dog’s pace, while always keeping my hand through the loop of the leash and wrapped around my wrist to keep them secure.

I am currently balancing a part-time job with my full-time college studies. Due to these commitments, I may not be available for 24/7 in-home care with less than two weeks' notice. To ensure I can dedicate my full attention to your pet, I would greatly appreciate as much advance notice as possible. Please feel free to inquire about my schedule, as I am willing to collaborate with you to find a mutually agreeable arrangement, provided there is flexibility on both sides. For in-home dog-sitting, I would prefer to crate the dog, due to having cats. Because of this, I would prefer to watch the dog in your home.

About: I have been a consistent volunteer with multiple shelters and a pet sitter over the past 4 years taking care of animals of different backgrounds. I'm currently preparing to leave for college and have a lot of time to spend with your dogs throughout the summer (weekends and weekdays available)! I can provide leashes (slip lead and clip), doggy bags, and a travel water bowl (all if needed) in order to provide your dog with the best and safest experience possible.
