About: I've been an animal lover for as long as I can remember. Growing up with dogs, I was the kid who wanted to meet every pet I came across, and that passion has only grown into adulthood. Along with having my own two dogs and cat, I've spent years caring for the pets of friends and family, treating each one as if they were my own. About: I have my own Belgian Malinois who I love and adore, I’m confident after raising him these past five years that I can provide the quality care your pet needs. I work on a labor and delivery unit so if they can trust me with their babies you should be able to trust me with your pet. I work three twelve hour shifts a week and will have four days out of the week to help out with your pet needs. I can always provide my schedule in advance so you know my availability. I use situational awareness when dog walking. I prefer to utilize the public green spaces provided here. Lastly I have an apartment and fenced in yard that can provide a safe space for your pet.

Please feel free to inquire about my schedule, as I am willing to collaborate with you to find a mutually agreeable arrangement, provided there is flexibility on both sides. For in-home dog-sitting, I would prefer to crate the dog, due to having cats. Because of this, I would prefer to watch the dog in your home.

I was an intern for an animal shelter for 3 years, a dog groomer, and I’ve always had my own animals too. I’m comfortable with special needs animals and all shapes and sizes. I focus on safety when it comes to working with animals and take all precautions when greeting, interacting (or avoiding) other animals, and generally all areas. Second to safety, building trust and bonding with animals is something I value highly. I am typically available after 3:00pm during the week and I am flexible on the weekends. I’ve dog sat for a few people I know personally, providing drop in visits, overnight care and walks. For walks, I will follow your dog’s pace, while always keeping my hand through the loop of the leash and wrapped around my wrist to keep them secure.

About: When I was 8 my father surprised me with our first ever dog Harley! I fell in love instantly and am so grateful to have grown up with him in our family. When I grew older I took on more rolls taking care of Harley which gave me basic experience in pet care. When he was a senior dog I learned a lot through his medical issues like how to handle medicine and emergency vet visits. Our late dog, Dobby gave me puppy experience showing me how much time, care, and patience is needed for little pups. Anything you need for your dog I’m willing to do!
