About: Hi! I’m a mom of 1 with loads of experience working with all kinds of animals and I am a current AVA student. I was an intern for an animal shelter for 3 years, a dog groomer, and I’ve always had my own animals too. I’m comfortable with special needs animals and all shapes and sizes. I've watched animals of all kinds for years, including dogs, cats, bunnies, rats, fish & coral, reptiles and amphibians. I was a professional dog groomer and a shelter intern for 3 years, with lots of safety and behavioral training. I focus on safety when it comes to working with animals and take all precautions when greeting, interacting (or avoiding) other animals, and generally all areas. Second to safety, building trust and bonding with animals is something I value highly. I am typically available after 3:00pm during the week and I am flexible on the weekends. I have reliable transportation and excellent communication skills so parents should feel at ease when I take care of their pets. You can rely on me to walk, feed, bathe or even give medicine to your pet if needed. My main option on here is dog walking but I also do drop-ins. I have worked at a grooming salon that was also a dog daycare. I have plenty of experience with all breeds of dogs. About: I have been around animals and dogs all my life. I was raised on a three hundred acres veil farm in upstate NY where we had German Shepherds, Mastiff, Boarder Collies and Springer Spaniels .
