I prefer to stay in their home which allows them to stay comfortable and in their own environment, new places can cause fur babies unnecessary stress and no one wants that. I prefer to keep their routine as normal as possible as well so if they get fed at 5 am I set an alarm to ensure they get fed at their normal time as well.

Kianna was wonderful! Dealing with 3 Boxers plus a cat is a bit much for most people, but Kianna handled them all perfectly. Kinko our cat even let Kianna pet him which is impressive as he is pretty spicy most of the time (can’t blame him with 3 large Boxers in the household). Her concern for our albino Boxer was very much appreciated as well as he is very attached to his humans. With the limited WIFI availability we had during the trip was great for brief communication and receiving some photos of our boys too from Kianna. 100% would book again with Kianna for future needs.
Tayla was very kind and took great care of our Sammy girl! She washed the sheets and towels used which was not expected and we are appreciative of that extra step to leave the house clean for us! I would like a few more updates and pictures while we are gone to keep better communication (Sammy is our baby)! Other than that, she did wonderful and we would absolutely use her again! We had Jillian house sit for us for 6 days. The dogs seemed to like her and being able to stay home. They didn't have the normal issues when they are boarded. Feeding instructions were followed. She also sent videos when asked. My only complaint is no poop scooping was done, but that may exceed her role as a pet sitter.

Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
