“She was quick to respond to my request, and very accommodating. I could tell when I got home a poitive difference in my dogs, so I know she treated them very well. She documented well, and got a great picture of all three of my dogs which NEVER happens! I will continue to use Alicia often!”

About: I have taken care of dogs since I was very young and have always been reliable. Dogs take a priority in my life when it comes to caring for them. My schedule is flexible and I am fully available mainly in the morning. If a specific time is needed, I can most likely make it happen! I have a friendly black lab for your dog to socialize with and have plenty of supplies for your dog including a crate if needed. I can also take custom requests for your dog’s needs! Whether that be walking, taking to the dog park, etc. The more information, the better!

About: ***To make your first visit even more special, use promo code KARSOL81539 during checkout to enjoy a $20 discount. This offer is exclusively for NEW Rover members.*** Hi there! Thanks for checking into my profile! I currently work full time as licensed optician at a local optometrist office here in Knoxville. I work Monday-Friday typically from 8-5:30 and I’m off on the weekends. My husband, Levi, was medically discharged from the Army in 2020. He then went to UTs Culinary Program afterwards and he typically works from 6 AM-3:30. He is always willing to help me out with any animal if I’m feeling under the weather. I love doing Rover as a side job to make some extra income for our family. We have a toddler son, Oliver, who was born September 2022. I am also expecting our second child, a daughter, this August 2024. This has been a particularly difficult pregnancy so far, so there have been days my husband has helped me out if I’m very sick. I typically do more dog walks/drop ins than boarding. On the weekends, my son will more than likely be with me for any drop ins or walks. I either wear him in a carrier or push him in the stroller. Because of this, I can’t handle any rough dogs or dogs that aren’t leash trained well. If we are boarding your dog in our home, first and foremost your animal is a guest here. Your animal MUST get along well with our son and dog. Unfortunately since my husband and I work, your animal would have to be crated while we’re not home during the day, and as long as they’re well behaved they can roam freely while we’re home. I don’t like to leave animals in crates but if they’re not adjusting well to my dog or child or destroying my home, they will have to stay in the crate more often. We do require meet and greets before booking any boarding stay. I also require current proof of vaccinations/flea and tick treatment. As soon as we wake up I take the dogs out. Then we come back inside and eat breakfast. I do separated feedings for my dog and others so no dog is stealing another's food. I don't have walks or drop ins everyday, but when I do they're anywhere from 11 AM-2:30 PM. Other than that I'm home most of the day. We normally eat dinner around 6-6:30, so we try to go potty before dinner, eat, and after dinner. Then we take them out before bedtime again. My dog also has a potty bell so whenever he rings it we take him out, and we take all of the dogs at the same time. On leash for going to potty outside. I live on a busy road so for everyone’s safety that’s what is best. We have baby gates at the house to keep our dog and baby out of certain areas.
11. Ryne D.
“Over the past few years Ryne has watched my dog Lucy when I leave town. Lucy absolutely loves Ryne! He expresses the love and care as if Lucy were his own. Lucy's food and water is always topped off, and receives walks whenever I request. Best dog sitter in town!”
12. Kayla C.
“Kayla is knowledgeable and caring when it comes to dogs! I trust her completely with my pets. I wouldn't hesitate to use her services in the future!”
13. Alexandra C.
“If your dog craves exercise, then Alex is the dog walker for you. She is easy to work with and always on time picking up and dropping off my dog. No issues. Tired dog makes for a very relaxed evening.”
14. Desiree W.
“Desiree provided exceptional care for our cat while we were away for a week. Not only did she fulfill her responsibilities with great diligence, but she also went above and beyond to ensure our pet felt loved and comfortable in our absence, including checking in more often than asked! Her attention to detail and genuine love for animals were evident in the way she cared for our cat. We highly recommend Desiree to anyone seeking a reliable and caring pet sitter.”
15. Nick C.
“Nick was great with my dog he’s watched him a few times and was a great experience for him. He sent me updates each day and understood some behaviors were because he missed me. My dog won’t eat when I leave so he ate with him to make sure he had some food. He took care of his emotional and physical needs.”
16. Jordan B.
“Hi, Jordan rented an apartment on our property and would often caring for our pets (2dogs and a cat). He was always our first call anytime we needed pet care because we knew the pets would be so much happier with him than anywhere else. He’s very much a “pet person”. And probably more of a “dog person” than anything. He really has a special way with the pups.”
