In the Summer I only work a few hours a day. My wife works from home a couple days a week as well! Your pup would only be alone a couple hours max. I have a large fenced back yard! We try to keep to your pups normal routine. They can either be crated or free roaming depending on your preference when I go run errands. I have one dog and two cats currently, and my family has two dogs that I see and help with regularly. My pup is almost 3 years and still very high-energy. I take him on walks and play with him every day as well as incorporate brain stimulation activities to make sure he is tuckered out and happy. Every time I visit my family I help with their dogs, including feeding, walking, and sometimes bathing them. I am very attentive to the animals around me. I make sure they are satisfied and happy at all times. If I notice they have a lot of energy I will take the time to either play with them, walk them, or provide an enrichment activity to stimulate them. I always monitor them when providing enrichment activities or when they are eating to ensure they don't choke on anything or hurt themselves depending on the activity. When on walks I avoid interactions with other dogs as well. You never know how another dog will react to yours, even if your pup is the nicest and most well-behaved dog ever. Your pup will always be safe with me.
About: Beverly here!!My entire life we have always had pets around. I have cared for dogs small and large. I have experienced with many animals from cats to goats. I love animals and have a hard time not referring to them as people.I have worked with puppies and also older dogs. I help care and walk my family and friends animals. I have experience with staying overnight and also just drop ins or day walking. I really care for the animals and love each personality they each have. I love to take an animal on car rides or a run on the road. If a pet is in need of bathing I have experience washing both large and small dogs. I am currently working full time. My schedule is Sunday to Wednesday 6-4:30. I am able to care for an animal before and after work and also on my days off. I know this schedule is ideal for all families but some are comfortable with it. I would be available to walk your pet as little or as much as they require. Whether it’s playing fetch or taking a walk exercise is needed for pets and I’m happy to help with that.

I currently have 2 Australian cattle dogs adopted from Oak Ridge and Knoxville. They have both passed advanced training at PetSmart! I can come in for home visits to check in on your pets and/or take them for long walks! If they need any other types of care such as feeding, changing litter, administering medicine, that can be done as well.
