“She was quick to respond to my request, and very accommodating. I could tell when I got home a poitive difference in my dogs, so I know she treated them very well. She documented well, and got a great picture of all three of my dogs which NEVER happens! I will continue to use Alicia often!”
2. Graham R.
About: I have taken care of dogs since I was very young and have always been reliable. Dogs take a priority in my life when it comes to caring for them. My schedule is flexible and I am fully available mainly in the morning. If a specific time is needed, I can most likely make it happen! I have a friendly black lab for your dog to socialize with and have plenty of supplies for your dog including a crate if needed. I can also take custom requests for your dog’s needs! Whether that be walking, taking to the dog park, etc. The more information, the better!

About: ***To make your first visit even more special, use promo code KARSOL81539 during checkout to enjoy a $20 discount. This offer is exclusively for NEW Rover members.*** Hi there! Thanks for checking into my profile! I currently work full time as licensed optician at a local optometrist office here in Knoxville. I work Monday-Friday typically from 8-5:30 and I’m off on the weekends. My husband, Levi, was medically discharged from the Army in 2020. He then went to UTs Culinary Program afterwards and he typically works from 6 AM-3:30. He is always willing to help me out with any animal if I’m feeling under the weather. I love doing Rover as a side job to make some extra income for our family. We have a toddler son, Oliver, who was born September 2022. I am also expecting our second child, a daughter, this August 2024. This has been a particularly difficult pregnancy so far, so there have been days my husband has helped me out if I’m very sick. I typically do more dog walks/drop ins than boarding. On the weekends, my son will more than likely be with me for any drop ins or walks. I either wear him in a carrier or push him in the stroller. Because of this, I can’t handle any rough dogs or dogs that aren’t leash trained well. If we are boarding your dog in our home, first and foremost your animal is a guest here. Your animal MUST get along well with our son and dog. Unfortunately since my husband and I work, your animal would have to be crated while we’re not home during the day, and as long as they’re well behaved they can roam freely while we’re home. I don’t like to leave animals in crates but if they’re not adjusting well to my dog or child or destroying my home, they will have to stay in the crate more often. We do require meet and greets before booking any boarding stay. I also require current proof of vaccinations/flea and tick treatment. As soon as we wake up I take the dogs out. Then we come back inside and eat breakfast. I do separated feedings for my dog and others so no dog is stealing another's food. I don't have walks or drop ins everyday, but when I do they're anywhere from 11 AM-2:30 PM. Other than that I'm home most of the day. We normally eat dinner around 6-6:30, so we try to go potty before dinner, eat, and after dinner. Then we take them out before bedtime again. My dog also has a potty bell so whenever he rings it we take him out, and we take all of the dogs at the same time. On leash for going to potty outside. I live on a busy road so for everyone’s safety that’s what is best. We have baby gates at the house to keep our dog and baby out of certain areas.
7. Nick C.
“Nick has cared for my dogs for several years. He is extremely dependable, keeps me updated and loves them like they are his. When one of our dogs lost his sight, Nick took it in stride and learned how to help him navigate. It’s hard to find someone to trust for the care of your pets, but I would never hesitate having nick watch our dogs.”
8. Gianna V.
“Hightly recommend! Responsible, caring and punctual. Gianna was amazing with our dogs while we were away for the weekend. Even making sure our elderly epileptic guy had his medicine on time every day .”
9. Jordan B.
“As a lifelong pet owner, I can tell you that Jordan has a love for animals akin to my own! Dogs seem to naturally take to him, and he loves spending time with them as well. He has watched both my dogs and my cats on several occasions over the years. I would trust him implicitly with their care, and have nothing but good things to say. He has always been a very responsible and loving pet owner himself, so he knows how important these family member are to us. I would absolutely have Jordan take care of my dog and cat again!”
10. Kayla C.
“I know of no bigger animal lover than Kayla. She is kind and good to everyone and is the same with all animals. If I die before my little dog dies I want kayla to take my dog. And all animals love her. Whenever you see her she has her animals at foot. They follow her around like children do their mothers.”
11. Naomi S.
“We had a great experience with Naomi watching our standard poodle, Lola! Naomi was super friendly and Lola warmed up to her quickly. I knew she would be in excellent hands when we went out of town. Naomi kept me in the loop of how Lola was doing which I appreciated! Naomi cared for Lola so well and was very considerate of our house while we were away. I definitely recommend using Naomi to watch your dogs! She is a gem!”
12. Storm C.
“Sadie is my little Pomeranian. And I cannot leave her for hours on end as I work in healthcare. Storm is dedicated to showing Sadie attention when I am not there. Storm helps Sadie with anxiety adjustment while I am away by spending quality time walking her to her favorite places. I could not ask for any other person to help me show My dog such love and dedication! I appreciate all she does for Sadie, and recommend her services very highly!”
13. Jolie C.
About: Hi! My name is Jolie, I’ve worked and cared in the Veterinary field for almost two years. From sick pups to healthy pups (and cats) i’ve had experience with multiple situations in boarding and walking your babies. I would love to meet your sweet and unique fur baby to see if we are a good match! I would even create daily boarding charts for you when you get home! I currently work in Powell, usually 8-12 shifts. I am open to staying overnight with your pets, dropping in on my days off or before work. After too! If your pet needs ALL DAY supervision/care unfortunately my work schedule cannot work with that. I can stay in your home after hours, before hours and on my off days! Taking care of animals is a moral responsibility. I speak for those who cannot. Your fur babies would be treated like my own. I would love to spoil them and send you photos of your babies while you are away. Anything you would like to create a trusted bond.

16. Kayla H.
“Kayla was fantastic! Our dog, Darcie, and I haven't been apart for more than three days in seven years; hence leaving her was hard. We have a new grandchild in Ohio, and for two weeks, I'd be caring for the baby. Darcie would stay home with my husband. He'd take her out morning and evening, but I needed someone to walk her midday. Darcie took to Kayla right off and eagerly anticipated her arrival each day. We found Kayla tremendously caring, friendly, and reliable, so we wholeheartedly recommend her. She's terrific, and if we need someone to care for Darcie in the future, we'll book Kayla!!!”
17. Jeanie B.
“Jeanie B. Is great with my dog. I have a Brittany that’s is sweet and loveable but so energetic and in to everything. For some reason she calms his wild side and he loves to visit her. I trust her completely with my baby.”
18. Tamara D.
“Tamara took care of our labradoodle, Apollo for a week while we went on our beach vacation. She did an amazing job! She took him for walks and gave him plenty of play time all while he was able to stay in his own space at home. She sent me photos and updates and was very responsive when I checked in on him. She is great with animals and I would highly recommend her for pet care. 😊”
