She was very communicative, responding quickly and thoroughly, warm & caring, and aware that our fur families aren't just pets. Cara went the extra mile to reassure me (an anxious person who has only had friends and family pet sit before) and keep me updated on the goings on of each of my pets (with the most adorable pictures!) so that I had the peace of mind to enjoy my vacation. She was incredibly patient and understanding with my anxious rescue pup and put up with my bratty teenage cats. Would wholeheartedly recommend--your fur kids will be in good hands!”

He kept us up to date with pictures and information. The dogs were very well taken care of. The house was in ever better condition than when we left it as well! She handled their complex diets well and was willing to co-ordinate visits/walks from family and friends during my absence.
