We wanted our dog to have the chance to play with another dog if possible, so she arranged for our pup to meet her dog prior to the stay. Hannah and Conan (her dog) were both awesome. Hannah clearly has a lot of love for dogs and and her experience handling dogs was evident. She sent us updates and pics throughout the day of Charlie (our boy) playing the yard and with her dog, Conan. Hannah even walked Charlie to help get some of his energy out. About: I have been dog setting for the past 23 years. It all started when I watched my boss' 3 chihuahuas when I was about 17 and then I just have had many request ever since. I have had the privilege of caring for many beloved pups. Throughout my pet-sitting days, I have provided a loving and safe environment for dogs of all shapes and sizes. My two personal dogs were an integral part of my life for 12 wonderful years. They both passed in the Summer of 2020. It took me awhile to get another dog, but I did finally get our Elvis (a bloodhound) in October 2022. He is almost 5 years old with a giant heart! He loves to have a fur-friend over and gets along with any age pup. I have a son who is 10 years old and absolutely loves helping out with the dogs. “Shana was very accomodating, taking a last minute request for dog sitting after our normal sitter cancelled. We are yearly sponsors of the Scottish Games at Furman, which is an all day event from 8:30 to 7:30, the Saturday before Memorial Day. I sent requests to four sitters on Rover that morning that were close to our house in Taylors. Two responded they were booked, even though their profiles confirmed availability, and two never responded. It then occurred to me that it would be easier to find a sitter closer to Furman for faster p/u after the event. I messaged Shana at 8:28 am and at 8:30 she replied “Hi there! You can drop him off now if you like.“ Her responsiveness was incredible, and greatly appreciated. Her tiny home community was so cute and inviting, and her location made for a quick and easy drop off and pick up. Our Dachshund, Bandit, obviously found her home (and her lap) very comfortable, as we received several photos of him relaxing on her lap in front of the wood burning stove. He seemed to get along well with her Lhasa Apso, Wally, who was about the same size as Bandit, as we received several photos of them taking walks and napping together on the sofa. I can say without a doubt that we will hire Shana every year for the Scottish Games at Furman, if she is still dog sitting and available (fingers crossed!).”

About: Hi there! My name is Caitlin. And first thing first your pets are family. I have over 8 years experience as a veterinary technician and have been around dogs and cats all of my life! My husband and I recently opened a business in downtown Brevard and my schedule is very flexible. I love taking dogs for hikes, walks around the neighborhood, snuggling up on the couch, or to the park. I am able to give professional, reliable, experienced care to your fur babies! I have a large fenced in front and back yard for them. I will communicate promptly and am able to do light household chores like watering plants, etc.! I am able to give medication, trim nails, bath, or any other services that you may need done! I am able to give CPR, administer oral or injectable medication, work on obedience, and provide comfort and a soothing environment for your fur babies. I love going hiking, on walks, or taking your dog to swim! I currently work in down town Brevard. My husband and I own a business there. My schedule is very flexible and I am able to come and go as needed or stay overnight if you prefer that! I love taking fur babies on walks, hikes, or to swim! I have four older golden retrievers at home. I typically watch my client's in their home but am willing for them to come to my house if the situation requires! I have a large fenced in yard that encompasses about 1 acre. My dogs and our guest will be let out several times a day and we go on a 30 min-1 hour walk every morning with my husband.

About: I have taken care of pets as long as I can remeber. People ask me to help them with their pets all the time. Your pets are part of your family. I will treat them as the treasures they are. I am available every day from 7:30 am to 7 pm. With those hours it gives me a lot of time to keep your fur baby entertained and fed. I know that for my own clan of animals that I prefer to board them at home. I like to offer the same service to my clients. Kenneling at home keeps your pet comfortable in surroundings they are used to. I can swing by to feed them, walk them, and just keep them company at least twice a day.

About: I've had a pet of some sort my entire life whether it was dogs, cats, bunnies, lizards, hamsters or snakes! I love caring for animals of any kind. I currently have 3 fur babies, 2 dogs and a cat, and 9 featherrd ones, chickens! Sharing my love for pets by helping out while folks are away doesn't feel like a job to me but more of a fun opportunity to do something I love. I am currently working full time from home with a flexible schedule. I can take breaks for drop-ins and walks when it's convenient and if your fur baby is at my home I have a fenced back yard they can roam in anytime of day. I have a fenced space in the back yard with plenty of room for fetch and two friendly pooches to keep yours company!
