About: I’ve taken care of my childhood dog for 15 years up until the end. So I’ve worked with puppy stages and loving runs until enjoying a slow stroll. I am a very active person usually getting 15-20k steps a day. With summer approaching I’d like to enjoy more time walking outside. Since I’m unable to get a dog in college I’d love to help others get there dogs more chances to get outside I believe a dog should follow its routine and it’s already known behavior. If the dog is usually crated while family is away or in a specific room which ever works best for the dog and family.

About: Hi, I'm Sarah, your local full-time petsitter! I've been a volunteer at a no-kill animal shelter since 2013. I've handled animals of every size and disposition with love and care in my time volunteering. I've been pet sitting independently since 2017, starting with a household of nine amazing fur and feather babies . I've worked with senior animals and those with special needs, caring for their unique physical and emotional needs when their parents are away. I've had practice giving medications orally, in-ear, subcutaneous injections, and am capable of following detailed instructions. I've been pet sitting through Rover since 2020, and I've also photographed pets professionally for several years, having worked with many different types of animals with patience and care. Besides all that, I was a cat mom for seventeen years and loved every second of it. CATS ARE WELCOME TO EVERY SERVICE I PROVIDE. I only book one family at a time, so there are no conflicts with other animals. I've always had an affinity for caring for animals and will always do my best to make sure they are comfortable, healthy, and happy. UPDATE for 2022: At this time I am no longer accepting new boarding appointments. I have however kept boarding open as an option so that new clients can find me. I know some families are skeptical of having someone come and stay at their home, but I find this is the best option for the welfare of the animals. Notice of rate increase: As of February 1, 2025, single pet rates will be increasing from $65 to $70 in order to keep up with inflation. Multi-pet rates and drop-ins will remain the same. Since early 2020, I have made petsitting my full time career. I typically take one client at a time in order to provide the best care possible for animals that may struggle with separation anxiety or have set routines that their parents would prefer they keep while away. When I take a job caring for an animal, they become my priority. When I sit for a client in their home, their pet's environment, I dedicate the utmost respect to privacy and personal space. It's my job to care for an animal and I do that by observing their behavior, fulfilling their needs, and offering affection to the degree they are comfortable with; whether that's waiting for a shy animal to come to me for a sniff or to be pet, or an animal which has no concept of personal space at all (not an issue for me, I love cuddlers!). As for your home, I love to have a tour during meet and greets and get to know what rooms are accessible to me as a guest. I am very respectful of other people's homes and belongings and will always ask first if there's something I can't find or unplanned that I need to access during my stay. I pride myself on being trustworthy and tidy.

About: I’ve had pets my whole life and currently have 3! I have 2 dogs, Bailey and Gomez. Gomez is a special dog who is very reactive, which has allowed me to gain experience dealing with difficult dogs, especially on walks! I’ve been dog sitting/walking for friends and family for years and have worked with all shapes and sizes- loving every single one the same! I’m very comfortable with dogs of all sizes, and understand that each dog has its own needs based on their personalities and health. About: - I have a 3 yr old rescue named Maisy who deals with reactivity so we no longer offer boarding or daycare in our home. I also have a 9 year old Belgian Malinois who my boyfriend rescued from animal fighting. She is sweet as pie and a people lover. Both of my dogs have undergone training programs at the art of dog. Maisy has also done training at the happy hound. Both girls are healthy and up to date on vaccines. - I previously fostered for Buffalo Underdogs Rescue, which gives me a chance to help save many amazing dogs, learn to potty train and care for puppies and young dogs - I volunteer at white whiskers dog sanctuary where I have learned to care for elderly and special needs pups - I grew up dog-sitting for neighbors and friends and also have a family senior dog who I grew up caring for - I have volunteered as a dog walker for a local animal shelter I work remotely on Fridays and can be home all weekend. Monday through Thursday I work in the office in downtown Buffalo near canal side. I am open to services on these days after 5pm. I will follow the specific instructions left for me by the owner. About: We have a pet friendly home with a huge fenced in yard just ready for your pup to come "home" and play. We will love your fur baby as we love ours. ❤️ Non Smoker. Our dog is current with all vaccines and rabies shots! I am blessed to be able to work from home. This allows me to provide the quality care, love and attention your dog deserves. I am willing to provide medications and walks. We have a very large fenced in yard , this offers your pup an area to run or just relax. We also have an 8year old Bulldog who is a jug of love but not much of a socialite...he may just lay around most the day 😉
