John came over for a meet and greet, and our dogs were comfortable with him within minutes! He has an easy going, calm and gentle demeanor, which I think we can all appreciate. John came over the next morning right on time and we knew he’d take good care of our babies and our home. He kept us updated along with photos. Thank you for everything, John!”
