We had a meet and greet with her before our trip and she immediately made us comfortable about leaving the care of our kitties to her. It's clear she loves animals and our two 9 year old kitties loved her visits while we were out of town. She took great care of them and was extremely communicative with us the entire time. For this Summer, I can provide pet care Monday, Tuesday Wednesday after 6pm. Thursday 12-1pm and after 6pm. Fridays anytime after 12 pm. Sat/Sun is open (flexible). I enter all spaces with respect and integrity. Depending on how I’m introduced to your fur baby, whether if it’s with you or solo, I’m engaged and mindful with a steady approach. About: Hey there! My name is Giselle, I'm a psychology student at Western, but a bellinghamster born and raised. I have grown up with various pets with my favorites being dogs and cats of course. (Though I do have an awesome fishtank!) I've got a long history of dogsitting, housesitting, and babysitting around town! When it comes to pet sitting my number one for the animal is keeping anxiety low and quality time outdoors high. Love to go hiking on galbraith and other trails give that extra mile for the pups! I believe when it comes to pet care you gotta throw all your energy to them (no half-assing it) I care to give your pups the invigorating, joyful, and healthy exercise they deserve! Happy to stay the night and watch over packages, mail, and other various things! ☺️🐾🤘🐕 I've got great availability as a college student living at home, my schedule varies a little depending on the quarter but usually I only have classes in the middle of the day and work short dinner shifts at the Willows retirement home in town as a waitress This makes me very accessible for walks in morning/evening and a little potty break during the day. I am happy to stay over on a pull out couch and provide overnight support for your pet or just go back and forth from my home. Whatever makes you most comfortable! I have been doing housesitting, babysitting, and dogsitting for around five years and am responsible in always locking up the house and keeping things tidy. Some limits for me include: I am not comfortable with other people staying the night in the home while I am there and prefer to stay on the couch or a guest bed, rather than in an in-use bedroom.

About: I have over 300 volunteer hours with NOAH Center as a dog walker, cat kennel tech, and foster parent. I grew up with 5 dogs (2 Whippets, 2 Chihuahuas, 1 Boston Terrier) and 2 cats. I ride horses in my free time so there is no dog too big for me! I am currently in between jobs and out of school for the summer so my schedule is wide open for pet sitting and dog walking! My first jobs have been dog sitting at other homes, which I believe is the ideal situation as the animals are always most comfortable in a familiar space. I love to take dogs on frequent walks and breaks outside, they are easiest to manage when tuckered out.

Growing up with dogs and a cat, I learned the importance of providing compassion, patience, and amazing care. My experience extends beyond my own pets, I have frequently cared for family and friends' pets, often stepping in as their trusted sitter or walker when they needed help. While also providing bathes and medication as needed. I pride myself on being a reliable caregiver who treats every pet as if they were my own, ensuring their happiness and well-being at all times! I’m currently available any day of the week/weekends. This schedule allows me to give pet care my full attention! Morning walks, midday breaks or walks, evening playtime and walks. I am available to provide the love and attention and pet needs. I have a sweet 6yr old Yorkie Poodle (Luna) who has grown up around cats and dogs, friendly with kids! She can be a great friend for your furry animal. She gets to go on daily walks, even small hikes or play at dog parks and the beach. Caring for others pets and their specific needs is absolutely possible for me to do! They will always get the care and attention needed!

About: I’ve always been surrounded by pets, as my father is a veterinarian. I grew up with dogs and cats, but have been around pets ranging from lizards to quails. I’m a bigger guy who can handle stronger animals if needed. I am currently on break from university and have lots of time on my hands! I am available to take care of animals everyday for the summer months, up until mid September. I cannot bring animals over to my apartment, as it is small and I share it with others. I am however happy to stay and take care of any pets that might need more consistent care. I am happy to do overnights or just visits, and have a car that I can use to take any pets anywhere they might need or want to go.

About: Our small family of loving, responsible animal lovers lives in a perfect area for your pet. If you choose to board with me, I will ensure that your dog will have lots of access to trails, dog park and our fenced yard. I am well experienced with walking and boarding dogs and am happy to come to your home for cat and dog feeds and social time. I have experience with dogs and cats of all ages. I work out of the home part time M-F and spend weekends adventuring around Whatcom County, so there are plenty of opportunities for hikes, water adventures and other fun outings. Dogs boarding in our home would need to be crate trained and/or able to be left for 3-4 hours at a time, inside or outside. I have a small, fully fenced yard that your pet will be safe in if you board your dog with me. We are located about 200 yards from the interurban trail, several blocks from the Fairhaven dog park and spend a lot of time in and around water, so your water-loving dog would fit right in! There are no animals that live permanently in our home.
