“This was our first time using Rover. We had two weeks of travel and needed care for our senior dog. While she’s very low-maintenance, we wanted someone in-home to offer companionship and ensure she wasn’t crated for such an extended period of time. About: I have taken care of both cats and dogs my whole life of all different breeds, tempers, ages, and energy levels. I have also taken care of fish, horses, turtles and hamsters so I am a true lover of all animals. I am currently working part-time and am a student so i have lots of gaps and free time to take care of pets from being around them frequently so as not to be left alone as well as an active routine so would include dogs in my daily walks and take the time to play with them as well as cats indoors. As an experienced owner of energetic dogs large and small, small pets (hamsters, fish, guinea pigs) and cats of all temperaments (kitten to senior) I am well versed in the necessary activities a pet needs to thrive. Not only is company, food, and bathroom breaks required but also lots of stimulation, play, long walks, and exercise so your pet can flourish.
