To provide the highest standard of care and give you complete peace of mind, I kindly ask that any special care instructions be shared with me prior to my stay and documented in detail. DISCLAIMER: To ensure the highest level of care and accountability, I kindly ask that all animals in the household be included in the booking, regardless of the level of care they require. As your pet sitter, it is my responsibility to ensure that all animals in the home remain safe and well during my stay. I also appreciate a tidy home with access to basic amenities to create a comfortable and productive environment for everyone. House sitting is a holistic responsibility, encompassing the care of your home and all its furry, feathered, or scaled residents, ensuring the entire household remains harmonious. A typical day
Each day with your pets will be filled with love, attention, and plenty of fun! As an avid hiker and nature enthusiast, I’m always excited to take your pups on outdoor adventures. I use the All-Trails app to discover and favorite the best hiking spots, so we can explore beautiful new places where all their senses will be engaged. From exploring the trails to soaking up the fresh air, your pets will get a full workout, allowing them to expend their energy and enjoy the beauty of nature—ensuring a calm and peaceful evening for all of us! I recently discovered the concept of "forest bathing" and the healing benefits that nature can offer—both psychologically and physically—and would love to incorporate this experience for your pets, with your permission, of course. As a yoga instructor, I also dedicate time a few days a week to teaching, so there may be occasional hours where I’m away for a short while. During those times, I make sure to plan activities that allow your pets to remain comfortable and content until I return. In addition to outdoor adventures, I also have a home yoga practice, and I love to incorporate this into my time with the pets. Whether it’s stretching alongside them, engaging in some calming poses, or simply allowing them to relax with me during my practice, I strive to bring a peaceful and mindful atmosphere to our time together. Whether it’s a calming walk, an energizing hike, or a mindful moment in nature or yoga, your pets will receive the care and exercise they need to stay happy, healthy, and relaxed during my time with them.

Pet care experience
I have extensive experience caring for homes and animals of all kinds. Animal care is a primary source of joy and income for me. I also teach yoga and love to practice with the animals I stay with. I have experience caring for cats, dogs, fish, reptiles, and am willing to learn more about other animals that need care while you're away. I will add, there is no option to add rates for animals aside from cats and dogs. I have an additional rate for animals in tanks or cages at a rate of $10 per tank/cage per day.

As I am sure with everyone, we feel a bit uneasy opening your home to a stranger to watch your dogs, but from the meet and greet with Tommy right through the stay, Tommy was awesome with the dogs and the our home. He is a great communicator and would recommend him. This was our first time using Rover and it was a great experience.
It is always hard to open your home to someone you don't know. It is harder to entrust your home and your furry family in the care of that person while you travel. However, doing so with Tommy was absolutely worth it. We booked with him for the first time recently and he was conscientious, thoughtful, communicative, and professional. He took the time to meet with us and learn about the quirks of our home (we have an older home and managing it in the cold can be challenging) and the quirks of our fur kids (no shortage of those either). When we returned, pets were happy and healthy, the house was in better condition than it was left, and keeping an eye on the mail. He managed the chaos of our home while sending check ins and pictures regularly. He is the best! Thank you, Tommy!!
This was our first time using Rover and I have to be honest…I was nervous! The thought of a stranger living in our home for a week with my babies was something I didn’t think I’d ever do! However, I decided it was time the hubs and I actually went away together instead of the usual “divide and conquer”. I found Tommy through the Rover search and the many positive reviews he had encouraged me to reach out. I’m SO GLAD I did! He was every bit as amazing as his previous clients suggested. Communication was quick and he regularly sent me pics of the babies. Our home was left clean and he even performed tasks I felt went above and beyond my expectations. We will definitely use Tommy again and encourage you to use him for any of your dog/house sitting needs! You won’t be disappointed! 5 star service!
Tommy is the best, he took exceptional care of our pups while we were away and we knew our home was in good hands! He is very communicative and responsive. He even helped with some household items while we were away. We will definitely utilize his services again!!
