About: I was 12 when my grandfather passed away, and in an attempt to fill that void, my parents got me my first pet, a Shih Tzu named Toby. Ever since, I’ve looked at pets as family, companions who bring comfort, joy, and unconditional love. Over the past year, I’ve cared for several of my friends’ dogs, spending nights with them, taking them on walks, and, of course, spoiling them with lots of love. It genuinely makes me happy to care for someone’s beloved family member, and I hope you’ll allow me the opportunity to care for yours! I work a full-time job Monday–Friday from 8 AM–5 PM, but my evenings are wide open for pet care. I also have most weekends off, giving me plenty of time to spend with your pet, whether that means going for walks, keeping them company, or giving them lots of love and attention. I live in an apartment complex with a dog park where we can have some fun and play if you’re comfortable with that! If not, we can always take a nice stroll around the neighborhood instead. I’m happy to follow whatever routine makes your pet feel most comfortable.
“Maria ia awesome! We were very happy with Bella"s stay. Bella looked awesome when we picked her up and very excited. I recommend Maria to anyone looking for a great sitter. We will be using her in the future”

“Ana and her husband were so great! I immediately knew they were a good fit for our pups. We have larger dogs - a lab and a (stubborn) German Shepherd - and have always been nervous about leaving them with others while we are away.”

“Caitlynn is absolutely amazing! She was very responsive, kept me updated on Sage throughout my trip and sent pictures. didn’t have to worry if she was okay. This is my second booking on Rover. The first time was a nightmare, but I’m glad I gave it another shot. I will definitely be open to booking with Caitlynn again for sure.”

“Mavi had the best time ever on Josephine's farm! She is clearly experienced when it comes to dogs and animals in general, as she took great care of our nervous Aussie. She sent regular updates and photos, which looked like she was having the time of her life. Will definitely board her with Josephine and her family again!”

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
