About: Hi pet parents! My name is Alexis. My first experience caring for pets was a little unorthodox being that my first pet was a chicken. But since then I've owned and cared for dogs, cats, rabbits, chickens, goats, horses, snakes, and lizards. I am absolutely certain that your pet would feel at home with me. I am comfortable medicating, orally and giving injections. I have spent time in the veterinary field so I am well versed with medications and other basic treatments. I am available when you need me and I would love to be your pet's new best friend! Meet and greets are encouraged but not necessary. I work full-time but am available for drop in visits or walks before 7:30 am or after 5:30 pm Monday through Friday or any time on weekends. For any other times/requests, please feel free to send me a message and I'll do my best to accommodate you and your pet. I meet your pets on the floor, at their level, so they can build trust with me. For safety, I ensure all pets have a collar or harness with an ID tag in the event of an emergency while walking. I am very cautious to make sure all pets are on a leash and keep their distance from other dogs while walking. All pets will be fed and watered and cared for as if they were my own.

About: I am a dog groomer. My family and I have a lot of experience. We've boarding dogs for years. I live on 6 acres in the country. surrounded by family and a horse farm. I have a large fenced yard. I sometimes make my own natural doggie treats. I have two Dogs of my own. "Wills" is a Maltese/poodle mix and a "Clarice" is Maltese. All pups I watch are treated like they are my own...loved and spoiled. They will have plenty of outdoor time as well as couch time, provided they are clean and fresh. Folks should know that the boarding dogs are kept in a separate building from the main house but are accompanied all day and watched by camera at night. That worked fine for my dog who can be ambivalent about being near people at all times. We’re planning to board with Alexys again.”

About: I have 19 years experience as a veterinarian assistant. I have experience with administering medications . I can express bladders for pets who are paralyzed. I can assist disabled pets to and from outside. I have experience with pets with cognitive dysfunction, and other special needs. I am transitioning into being available during the daytime on weekdays except for Wednesdays at this time . I will be home every night unless otherwise pre-rescheduled. I will be available every other weekend day and night. I am new to Rover and New to boarding at home, but have had 19 years experience with taking care of pets in a boarding facility/veterinary clinic. I have a fenced in yard where your pet can play a go potty. I have Central air inside where your pet can rest comfortably either free to wonder or kennel, depending on their preference. I have two small friendly dogs and a 3 outside cats that all get their monthly preventative on time, and are all up-to-date on their vaccinations.
