This is most Important as I am a mom of two pet lovers and the pets we have in our home are our family • Medical needs — medications, allergies, sensitivities, or mobility issues. • Triggers or fears — loud noises, storms, certain handling, food guarding, or anything that might stress them. • Training cues — commands they know, words you use at home, or signals that help them listen and feel secure. • Crate use — if they’re crate‑trained, prefer open spaces, or need a quiet area to decompress. My goal is always to match the care they get at home so they feel safe, loved, and understood while they’re with us.
