“Rebecca was amazing. This was my first time leaving my puppy Nico alone with someone that I didn’t know and she gave me so much reassurance and I felt so peace going out of town. We talked before she house sat and the questions she asked showed that she cared about the animals and making sure that they were having a good and safe experience while I was gone. They absolutely loved her and she left my place even cleaner than when she came. Would highly recommend!”

“Sam was great with our two little pups, who are not used to sitters and can be feisty. They were so happy to hang with him while we were out of town, and I believe he made two friends for life! Thanks Sam!”

“Holly took great care of our cat who is ill. We really appreciated the thoughtful care and good communication. Also appreciated that she offered to come over ahead of time to get oriented with our home and routines. Thank you Holly!”

“Emiko took excellent care of Yolo, my 3 year old border collie, at my house for 2 weeks while I was out of the country. This was my first time getting a sitter and I was a bit worried about how it’ll go, but Emiko and Trask came and visited Yolo twice before the booking was scheduled to get to know him better. They provided him plenty of exercise and play time, made sure to keep on his strict diet (since Yolo has a sensitive stomach). They shared daily updates and photos. Yolo had a great time with them.”

“Marcella was absolutely fantastic :) We have an older, very anxious Velcro dog that we’re always afraid to leave with new people, but were getting married and needed to find someone to watch him and all of our family would of course be busy at the wedding. Marcella instantly made us feel at ease. She was so sweet, kind, and patient—and our very suspicious-of-everyone dog took a liking to her immediately. He was our ring bearer and she was kind enough to pick him up and take him back home after our ceremony; we felt so relieved all day knowing he was with her, and we came home to a happy and healthy boy. Marcella was so accommodating, so responsible, so communicative, and gave us so much peace of mind. Id recommend her to anybody, and we’ll definitely use her again next time we need a sitter :)”

About: I have always grown up with animals, specifically large to medium dogs, so they've been a part of my life always. I do not have certified training but have trained my own personal companions, a great white Pyrenees and English pointer, and they are very clever! I am always looking to broaden my scope! I also love long walks and play time! I work a typical 9-5, but weekends are typically most available. Sometimes I get home early when the work is done and can be available usually after 2PM weekdays. I have a very flexible work schedule, shoot me a message and we can set something up to best suit your pets' needs. I currently stay in a spaceous 2-bedroom apartment in Chico on a quiet, and beautiful residential road. There are several outdoor green space and many options for trailheads and the bike path is just next door for those that like longer walks! I keep my place very clean and share with my furry roommate (cat Sasha) as seen in my profile photos. She loves both dogs and cats and can be easily kept away from your pet if need be if your pet prefers one on one time. I included a photo of my layout for those with smaller to medium dogs it would be very comfortable as doggy daycare in my home. I also pride myself in maintaining general cleanliness both in your home and mine. I'm happy to clean litter boxes, pick up doggy droppings, brush and clean fur, or whatever is requested within reason, just ask!

About: With years of hands-on experience, I provide attentive, compassionate care for dogs of all ages, from playful puppies to gentle seniors. I understand the unique needs at every life stage, including training support for young pups and extra patience and comfort for older dogs. Whether it's a long walk, a cuddle session, or consistent routines, your dog will feel safe, loved, and at home. As a pre-vet major, pet care and dog sitting naturally complement my academic path. My schedule is built around my passion for animals, and I prioritize hands-on experience outside the classroom. Caring for pets not only fits into my routine it strengthens my understanding of animal behavior, health, and daily needs, preparing me for a future in veterinary medicine. When caring for pets in their own home, safety is my top priority. I follow clear routines, ensure that all food, toys, and supplies are safe and appropriate for the pet, and keep the environment secure by locking doors and windows when leaving. Trust is built through open communication—I provide regular updates and stay in touch with owners to ease any concerns. I aim to create a calm and loving environment by sticking to familiar routines, providing comfort, and offering plenty of affection, so pets feel secure and relaxed while their owners are away.

About: I have always been the go to person when it comes to pet sitting and dog walking. I have had my own reactive dog for the last 6 years and attend training classes with her every week. Which has helped me learn even more skills when it comes to dog care. I currently only do this. So my schedule is very open. I take my own dog out to play early in the morning because of the summer heat. So once I’ve taken care of mine, I am free! I am comfortable coming to your home. I can either play with your dog at your house, or take them out on a walk. I also love cats and have one of my own. So I am willing to check on cats, give medicine, clean litter boxes, and play.

“Emily watched our two beagle boys for Labor Day weekend last minute. She was accommodating, sent pictures, updates, and kept our house tidy (even washing the bedding before she left). I would definitely recommend her.”

Rebecca was amazing and I want to gate keep her but need to love her loudly! She was so patient and caring with my pup who isn’t great with strangers. She worked with me prior to be able to meet a few times, very communicative while I was gone, and I felt so comfortable and at peace with her. 10/10

Sabre was fantastic with my dog and two kittens for overnight pet sit for 3 days! She provided great updates and photos, took care of all requested support and care and went above and beyond with care and entertainment. I will be using her again and have already recommended her to another person looking forward reliable pet sitter. Thank you so much Sabre!!

We are so grateful for Emiko and Trask! One of our pups takes a long time to warm up to new folks, and Emiko left us regular updates and worked slowly with her to build trust. Our home and our pets were so well taken care of. I hope we can book them again soon!

Rachel did an amazing job. Edith, our family pup, loved her and had a fantastic time during her puppy vacation while we were on our vacation. This was our first time using Rover. I will definitely be using Rachel again and again for our pet sitting needs. 100 out of 100. 💕

Jada is an exceptional sitter. She provided quality care for my high energy husky. Jada went above and beyond to accommodate the needs of my girl. My dog is energetic and anxious, Jada provided lots of attention and long periods of exercise. My dog was comfortable and happy while we were away. Jada communicated throughout the whole booking keeping me informed. Jada did an excellent job watching over our home and dog. Will definitely use Jada’s services again in the future.
