She’s always on time, professional and always pays great attention to detail - especially recently when we had to make some diet changes and one of our cats had an injury, which meant a few changes in play and routine. Nevermind how great she is with us; all 3 of our cats adore her - and that’s saying a lot given they’re pretty slow to warm up with just about everyone else. Annie gives them plenty of play, pets/cuddles and meets them where they are depending on what their mood is. I highly recommend her.
