Jason is the best! He’s helped us out last minute more than once, from taking a last minute booking when we unexpectedly had to attend a funeral to letting us extend stays when our travel plans have changed or been disrupted. Our dog is always excited to see Jason, and he is great about providing pictures and updates about how she is doing while we’re gone. Our girl is clearly well cared for when she’s with Jason, and always comes home tired and happy.
Carleen took care of our six-month-old pup, Franklin, on short notice, and we’re so grateful she was available. She was responsive and communicative from the start, sent pictures throughout his stay, and followed all of the instructions we provided. It was reassuring to see that Franklin was so well cared for. Darling and her fiancé were just wonderful and understood the peculiarities of puck. I was a little anxious about this because I had never left him that long before. When I picked him up, the report was that he was wonderful and affectionate and all the things that I see in him at home. When I go away again, I will definitely call Darling.
This was the first time we have used Rover and we couldn’t be more pleased and happy! Tonya was absolutely the best. She organized a meet and greet months ahead of time at her house to be sure Kipper felt comfortable. We were a bit nervous leaving an elderly dog who is mostly blind and deaf for 2 weeks, but Tonya took the very best care of him!
Boarding our dog Nova with Kristina, Ricky, and their two sweet kids was great! They were super accommodating with a fairly last minute request, and they took excellent care of her. Communication was a breeze, and we got plenty of photos and updates throughout the trip. She got a ton of attention and playtime during her stay, and seemed right at home when we picked her up! We left our small and very timid dog with Paula for the first time and are glad we finally did. Keith was great with Teddy Bear. He kept in touch with pictures daily. That really helped destress me since I don't like leaving my furbaby, and love actually seeing he was being well taken care of. I highly recommend Keith, and plan to use his service again in the future.
