Extra TLC for Your Fur Baby
I have cared for multiple dogs for over 20 years, including 3 adopted dogs from Rescue Me Yorkie Rescue. My most recent current dog Lexi, passed away a year ago. I am not ready to take on the full-time responsibility of adopting another fur baby, but I would love to share my home with yours! I will make your dog feel like family when you are away. I live on a tree lined cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood that has very limited residential traffic. I love to take lots of walks, and our neighborhood, which includes a nice walking path around a small lake, is very safe and wonderful to walk in. If your dog is very active, I can go running or play ball with your dog as well.

This was the first time we have used Rover and we couldn’t be more pleased and happy! Tonya was absolutely the best. She organized a meet and greet months ahead of time at her house to be sure Kipper felt comfortable. We were a bit nervous leaving an elderly dog who is mostly blind and deaf for 2 weeks, but Tonya took the very best care of him!
Very kind and put up with my sometimes to smart for his own good puppy.
Penny had another wonderful stay with Tonya. Penny has become so comfortable at Tonya's there is no barking or separation anxiety behavior. I have no worries when I am away from Penny and she is in Tonya's care. She is the best!
Stella had a great time with Tonya and husband. We will definitely be using her services again. She responded very fast and was always giving us updates and sending pictures of Stella. We were able to enjoy our trip knowing Stella was in good hands!
Tonya has hosted our beagle Penny many times. Penny has become so used to staying there she just walks in the front door and makes herself at home. We joke that it has become her home away from home. Thanks so much for watching Penny.
Tonya is great with Penny our beagle. Penny has become so accustom to Tonya's home and husband that she doesn't even bark or cry with we leave her. I have no worries being away from Penny when she is at Tonya's. They treat her as if she is a part of their family. My wife and I are soo happy to have found this great sitter.

Schedule
I work 2 days from home and 3 days out for about 6-8 hours. There are no other dogs or small children in the household.

Safety, trust & environment
I do not have a fenced in yard, but I live in a very quiet community on a dead end road. Dogs have free reign of my home while I am at home, and I prefer using a crate while I am away.
A typical day
I enjoy walking dogs around our beautiful lake. We can also play ball and fetch in our community park. I also offer lots of snuggles throughout the day.
