About: I’ve always been an animal lover and genuinely enjoy having pets around. I know how much our pets mean to us and how hard it can be to leave them when we’re away, so I want them to feel safe, comfortable, and loved while they’re in my care. I’m happy to help with walks, feeding, playtime, cuddles, and sticking to your pet’s normal routine. I’m also comfortable giving extra attention to pets who are shy, anxious, or need a little time to warm up. My goal is simple: to care for your pet the way I’d want someone to care for mine, with patience, love, and lots of attention. 🐾❤️ I’m currently in midwifery school and have found that my schedule doesn’t allow for full nursing shifts anymore! I love walking and I love animals so I having the opportunity to offer an 30-60 minutes of love to someone’s dog is so special for me! I currently offer pet care exclusively in your home, because I think pets are happiest and most comfortable in their own space and routine. I’ll follow your instructions closely and make sure your pets get plenty of attention, playtime, walks, meals, and cuddles while you’re away. I’ll treat your home and your pets with the same care and respect I’d want for my own. I’m happy to send regular updates and photos so you can relax knowing your pets are happy, safe, and well cared for while you’re gone.

About: I have been an animal lover since a young age, and have been caring for dogs since 2011. I have experience with both puppies and senior dogs, and all ages in between. I have experience in training my own dogs and in practicing commands as asked when puppy-sitting. I've even trained my cat to give high-fives! I also have experience in administering medication, both oral meds as well as eyedrops. Our 14 year old labradoodle gets eyedrops twice daily, which I administer. I bond easily with animals and love dogs and cats of all shapes and sizes! I love getting to know animals, and have a knack for bonding with anxious, shy animals. I am also okay with brushing and bathing, etc., as asked if needed. I am typically available all day on the weekends and most Tuesdays and Thursdays. I am in grad school for the next two years in Forest Grove and classes occur around 9am-4pm on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. I may have time for quick home visits for potty breaks during lunch on these days, if needed. I am happy to spend quiet time with pets who are more mellow, or to spend time playing or walking with energetic, younger dogs if that suits them best. I typically observe the dog's behavior and notes from the owner when deciding what to do- are they looking tired and calm? Are they a bit riled up and could use a playtime or a walk? I will follow any instructions left by the owners, as well. If there is anything specific or special you'd like me to do for your pets, just let me know!

About: I’ve taken care of dogs when I was little but took a little break. I do have great experience with other dogs and I enjoy giving them company! I am currently home for a while, so I have a lot of time to spare! I’m currently not working a job, and I’m a full time student on winter break! I have a nice fenced yard that is pet friendly. I don’t have any other pets at my house and I don’t have any children!

About: I’ve been a dog parent myself since I was 14. I have always loved helping family and friends take care of their pets. I raised my German shepherd from puppyhood, and more recently, I’ve been training my rescue dog, Thorn. I have experience working with puppies, reactive dogs, and dogs that need medication. Your dog’s needs will always come first! I just moved to the area and am searching for a permanent job, so I have plenty of daytime, weeknight, and weekend availability! I am not traveling over the holidays so I have availability to watch your pets if you’re traveling! In your home, I will make sure that your pets always have access to fresh water. I will feed them according to your schedule and any restrictions. I have experience working with dogs who have special needs, so I will be careful to follow any special directions or house rules. I will let them out to use the bathroom according to your schedule and/or as they indicate.

About: I have experience with house sitting both large and small dogs and making sure they get plenty of exercise and care. I also can do plant care as well I currently do doordash and art commissions from home so I have pretty open availability right now! I do have two cats at home so I still need to check in on them as well. I always make sure everything is tidy and that each pet gets equal amount of care. Set daily and weekly routines for them and always check over them to make sure there's nothing abnormal.

About: I love animals and my partner won't let me get more. To satisfy my need to be around animals, I figured it's best to take care of other people's. So I'll never give you trouble about rates because I'm just happy to get snuggles and kisses from your pet... I'm a stickler for rules, so If you give me a list of everything your pup needs, I will provide and I will do it happily. I wouldn't want less than A1 care for my own pup, so I can guarantee to show yours the same love My schedule is flexible. I work from home for my own business all 7 days of the week, so there's not a lot to have to work around, depending on your needs For boarding: I have a fenced home and my dog doesn't get along with other dogs BUT she is very content staying in my bedroom all day, so I see no issues there. She won't bark all day and is well trained. I work from home so I can very easily take any pets out to the bathroom as frequently as needed. I tend to walk my own dog 2x/day morning and night. For the client's home, I will abide by any rules you may have for me

About: I have excellent references with over 18 years of experience walking, feeding, bathing, and grooming animals. I have worked with animals as young as 4 months old to as old as 18 years old and had to administer medication. I’ve worked with dogs, cats, horses, goats, fish, birds, and cows. I am a teacher so I am available any time during the week to stay over and with breaks I can go and let them out for play and potty time. I’m off work after 3:45 so your pet babies will have lots of attention! I also have summers off (June-August) and can be home with your pets all day! I live in an apartment at this time so I will not be able to keep your animals here, but I am able to come to your home and be there as much or as little as you need me to be! I want what is best for your pet since I know they are part of your family. When you put your trust in me, I take that very seriously and anything you need directions wise will be followed since you know your pet best!

About: Ive worked at a dog hotel for 8 plus years and have taken care of all different types of dogs. I get along with any dog I meet and I would love to help care for your baby regardless what stage in life they are at. I work at a dog hotel so I can make almost anything work. Just let me know the situation and we can work together :) I know how to do meds and have been doing them for years. I can handle elderly dogs/cats and younger. I can go on long walks or small walks depending on the dog.

About: I’ve taken care of animals since I was 10. I grew up with many dogs, cats, even chickens. I grew up with four different corgis as well as a yellow lab & various cats. I’ve pet sit for numerous friends, families, colleagues, and neighbors throughout my entire life. I’ve dog walked at the Oregon Humane society as a teenager mostly walking pit bulls which have a special place in my heart. Ive pet sit all kinds of cats & I’ve worked with almost all kinds of dogs, as little as a chihuahua and big as a Saint Bernard. Animals are 100% innocent & they need to be protected, loved, & guided. It means so much to me to be able to do that. So many Animals feel joy so easily & naturally & they bring me joy in the same way. Animals are really a huge importance to me & are creatures who truly love unconditionally. I believe animals have an inner life we can’t comprehend from our own human viewpoints & understanding of consciousness. But In my experience at least, they have souls, big emotions, big hearts, and can be deeply in tune with humans and others energy and needs. They communicate with us in various ways all the time. They communicate they’re listening, need you, love you, or express joy or any emotion, or even communicate on behalf of other humans or animals. Some animals will be service to humans or rescue us even as a complete stranger. We’re all creatures & I see us as equals because we all exist in this world together-separately but together. As a former teacher, one of the most significant things I learned is how important play and physical activity is to well being-it helps us physically & thus mentally & emotionally, this applies to both animals during play time & walk time-as well as animal caregivers! Playing & walking are super rewarding & beneficial to my overall health & it’s a never ending circle because I get super happy seeing dogs joyful while out in nature & on their walks. I’m helping them be happy & healthy & they’re helping me be happy & healthy! Cuddles & physical touch varies depending on animals needs but overall pets love & benefit greatly from physical affection & humans do too Availability does change month to month especially with more regular clients who snag up dates quicker so best to plan out a stay a week or two in advance. However I definitely accept same day/week bookings as well! Just depends on the week/my calendar so feel free to always ask! If you’re seeking more regular care that is always welcomed! I’d prefer to ultimately have more regular clients with longer stays but open to all Caring for your pets in my home isn’t an option at the moment but I am fully capable and happy to care for your pets in your home. It’s important clients know that in my care pets will be sure to get plenty of water, be fed, have plenty of walks, potty breaks, baths, as well as given cuddles medication or any other specific needs, they are going to be met. The house will be well secured whether we are away on a walk or it’s an overnight stay. Respect of others space is important to me & only designated areas & items will be used. I have experience Housesitting with and without animals so if special requests such as watering plants, taking out garbage, or special pet/house care-anything, I’m open to that so don’t hesitate to ask.

I want each animal to feel loved and as comfortable as possible while they are away from their parents. I mostly have open availability.
