“Great Experience!!! Susan responded quickly to our booking inquiry as well as to our requests for photos and FaceTime interactions with our pups while they were in her care. At our initial meet and greet, our 2-dogs seemed comfortable around her, her home and the other dogs she was watching which is why we chose Susan after interviewing a few other pet sitters. Our dogs were happy and comfortable with her during their stay and not anxious at all when we picked them up after 1-week. About: I had two dogs growing up. I would walk them and give them all my love and attention to them. I had about thirteen years experience with them. I love petting dogs, taking them out for walks, playing with them endlessly, and allowing them to lie on my lap or sit next to me. I am the person who would hang out with the dogs at parties. I understand that dogs can be a emotional support because that was what my dogs from my childhood were. I have experiences with small dogs like Chihuahuas, Yorkshire Terriers, Bichon Frises, and larger breeds such as Boxers, Pit Bulls, and Bulldogs. I have experiences taking care of senior dogs as well as puppies. I also can take care of cats if requested.
“I cannot say enough how wonderful Ramel was with our Biggie Smalls. We had two back-to-back trips lasting a week and a half with a short turn around time in Encino. Like many other pet owners you only want the best care for your dog while you cannot be home with them. I felt immediately comforted by Ramel's energy and presence. I knew Biggie was in great hands. After a few days with Ramel, we asked to pick up Biggie for the day that we would be passing through Encino again and Ramel was very accommodating with pick up and drop off. For the entirety of our trip we received several pictures of Biggie hanging out with Ramel's dog, Melo, bathing in the sun and out for walks. We got a bonus picture of Biggie wearing a holiday sweater, which my family melt with happiness. While we missed having Biggie with us on vacation we knew we could enjoy our trip knowing that Ramel and Melo were keeping him good company. If we need to travel again in the future we will definitely be asking if Ramen can look after our Biggie again. Sending a big thank you to Ramel for loving and caring for our Biggie Smalls.”

“Annabelle and Ben are incredibly kind and professional. I had them watch my dog, Dante, for five days while I went out of town. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a safe, fun, and loving environment for their dog. They welcomed Dante, who is not used to being away from the family, into their home and treated him as if he was their own. They even allowed Dante to sleep in their bedroom and relax on their living room couch. Annabelle and Ben have a large fenced-in yard where Dante was free to hang out and play with their very sweet pup Ranger. Dante also enjoyed fetching softballs from their kids and taking walks around their neighborhood. Annabelle and Ben were incredibly professional throughout the whole process. Annabelle invited me over for a meet and greet before booking and sent pictures daily while I was away. I could tell from the photos that Dante was very well taken care of. Dante came home calm and happy which is a true testament to the expert care that Annabelle and Ben provided. I will definitely use them again. In fact, I will be bringing Dante back in a few weeks!”

Philip and Lauren were great hosts and their dog Indy is such a delight to be around. Our dog Biscuit stayed with them during one of our extended weekend trips and we couldn’t be happier that we left him in such a loving and playful home. We did a meet and greet with Philip and Indy beforehand and when it came to dropping Biscuit off for the actual stay he was so excited to see them again! With the constant updates and photos/videos they provided we were definitely put at ease that he was wonderfully taken care of while we were away. Krystal is a gem. One of my dogs got sick (likely stress from fireworks triggering colitis) and she knew exactly how to support him and when to take him in for care. She ended up staying with him almost through the night at the emergency vet when he got too dehydrated. She treats my dogs as her own and I am grateful for her.
