My old dog can be grumpy around energetic dogs and has two bad back legs so their home with no stairs was perfect and her dogs and cats were great with her. She was in no hurry to leave their place which is what a pet parents loves to see. Can’t thank you both enough! She slept so hard the night I picked her up.”

About: I currently work in an animal physical therapy center where I treat special needs dogs and cats. Throughout my life span, I have owned 15 pets: 5 lizards, 8 fish, a hedgehog, a cat, 6 dogs, a scorpion, and a guinea pig. I studied animal science with a concentration in animal biology at MSU, following the pre-vet track. I’ve yet to meet an animal that I don’t get along with- it’s like we just click. I’m a very caring person that loves pets! If I could, I’d be a zookeeper. A lot of things I know about pet care I have learned in a Companion Animal Biology and Management class, from stress to diseases to development, etc. There couldn’t be a more perfect friend to watch your pal! Hope to meet you soon (: ! I am a part-time Rover sitter. Aside from Rover, I am a vet assistant at an animal PT rehabilitation center. To my best ability, I will give your pet my undivided attention. I’m rarely too busy to leave them unattended. I always ask clients for feeding and potty schedules and adhere to their pets’ needs. Safety is top priority, and your pet is in good hands. Upon request with unfenced yards, leash walking available.
14. Shanetta S.
“Shanetta will make a great dog sitter she will treat your pet as if it was a pet of her own. I have seen her interacting with her own dogs. she treat them like as if she was caring for chidren. ”
15. Abbey T.
“We couldn't be happier to have found Abbey as our loving and trustworthy cat sitter. Our kitties don't love when we leave, but definitely love having Abbey around to spoil them -- giving them plenty of treats and cuddles. She's came to our rescue last minute, to which we are incredibly grateful. She sends plenty of pictures and keeps us updated while we're away. When you find a pet sitter who treats your pets like her own, you know you've struck gold. 10/10 recommend!”
16. Micah W.
“Always can rely on Micah! Dogs always look forward to hanging with her pup Scribblez. And it’s amazing when she can accommodate when we have last min trip!”
17. Alexius B.
About: When I was about 12 years old I made my cat a comfortable space to have her babies and every since then I became obsessed with nurturing and taking care of all animals. I have a great time with dogs and I take care of my mother’s dog when she’s not home. Pet care is be a great necessity for my daily routine, mostly because it makes me happy to take care of others and because it will give me the opportunity to be active more. Also, it gives me an advantage of taking care of my own dog/pet. Providing Top-notch pet care is a goal that I strive to achieve everyday. Doing my best while also catering to the animal and needs from owner.
18. Lindsay K.
“Lindsay K loves animals! She has cared for my pets in the past and she has always done a terrific job. I would not hesitate to recommend Lindsay!”
19. James B.
“I have had the pleasure of knowing James for 20+ years. James is a caring, charismatic young man that loves family, nature, and a good basketball game amongst many other things. Some of my earliest memories of our friendship are playing in our neighborhood and of course he’d always have his family dog in toe. Most recently James has been the pet parent to his dog Tiger, and I have witnessed them interact on several occasions. Tiger is loved, challenged, well taken care of, and even a little spoiled if you ask me 😊 He has proven to be a responsible and morally-sound individual, that I trust and would recommend both in a personal and professional setting.”

About: I live with my partner and together we have taken care of cats and dogs (various breeds and especially greyhounds). I'm great with senior dogs who need special attention. I can give medication with your instructions. I have a big fenced yard for dogs to run and play, but I'm also happy to take leashed walks around our quiet neighborhood if that's what you prefer. Note! I can only take FeLV+ cats, since our cat is FeLV+. I work outside three days a week, and my partner works from home full-time. I'm used to getting up a lot - morning, noon, or night! - to let dogs out for potty breaks. I have a big fenced yard with plenty of space to roam. I have one sweet FeLV+ cat who has his own space to escape if he needs to. I have a million dog beds and a large crate (though you're welcome to bring your own). I'll make the cage an inviting place but I won't ever leave your furkid alone unless it's a quick trip to the store or an emergency. My car is set up with a hammock for pets in case of emergency. Our home is cozy and pet-friendly - we're ready to welcome your furkid right in!
