Animals have always been a central part of my life. From raising dogs from puppyhood to their senior years to caring for my own beloved cats, I understand the deep bond we share with our pets. My flexible work schedule allows me to dedicate plenty of time and attention to your furry family members, ensuring they never feel lonely. Through my years of experience with friends' pets and on Rover, I have cared for animals of all ages and temperaments. I am well-equipped to handle: Diverse Needs: Experience with high-energy breeds, high-anxiety personalities, and pets with permanent physical disabilities. Specialized Care: Comfortable with senior needs, administering medications (pill takers), and managing picky eaters. Routine Consistency: I aim to follow your pet’s existing routine as closely as possible to reduce stress and separation anxiety. Frequent Updates: I know how it feels to miss your fur babies, so I prioritize sending plenty of photos and updates to keep your mind at ease. Whether your pet is big or small, they will receive the same patient, loving care I give my own. I look forward to meeting your best friend!

Tara was great with our pup. She was able to take him in on a last minute request so we could explore the city. He settled in and on the second day was running into the house with no hesitation.
Tara was absolutely wonderful! She was incredibly friendly, communicative, and so flexible when my return plans changed—I really appreciated how accommodating she was. Rosie clearly bonded with her right away and loved the walks, attention, and care Tara gave her. It gave me such peace of mind knowing Rosie was in such good hands. I wouldn’t hesitate to book Tara again—she’ll definitely be one of the first people I reach out to for future care!
Tara took great care of our dog Marvin—this was the second time they’ve watched him, and both experiences have been excellent. They were responsive, reliable, and clearly have a natural way with animals. Marvin was happy and relaxed when we picked him up and excited to return for his second stay, which says a lot. We wouldn’t hesitate to book Tara again and highly recommend them as a sitter.
Tara was amazing taking care of our boys, even administering emergency meds when one had a seizure, and we were lucky to have found her. We would trust her in any situation.

Due to my flexible job, I am able to care for a pet any time of day. It's pretty rare for me to have time restrictions.
