Jon & Stacey S.

“Jon and Stacey are really great people and more importantly, my shy and unsocialized dog seems happy to be with them. We got our dog right before COVID shutdown and as a result our dog was not socialized at her most crucial development time. The idea of leaving her with other people gives ME anxiety but Jon and Stacey put my mind at ease. Ellie went for a long day with them and she went willingly when Jon lead her away. Upon pickup she seems happy and not frantic. Their dog Abbey also is great and I think their dog also helped my dog because Abbey was so calm and sweet. Definitely looking forward to more stays with Jon and Stacey and Abbey.”

Jessica B.
“Jessy is an incredible sitter for my little boy. I can tell he really enjoys all the socialization, love and care she provides him when I’m unable to due to my work schedule.”

Kari C.

“Kari did a great job caring for our dog Bea. She was an excellent communicator while Bea stayed with her, sending plenty of updates and pictures, and was very responsive throughout the process.”

Lauren P.

“Lauren was great, and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the whole experience. Lauren was so nice and professional, always punctual. Her rate is incredibly fair, too. And my dog, Fern, got two of her fave things while there: to sit with a human and to watch the neighborhood from a window. I now like Rover a lot more than transitional dog day care places, and most of that has to do with Lauren. Will definitely be back.”

Shelby P.

“JoJo seemed to have fun with her new doggie friends. Shelby sent pictures during the day showing that JoJo was very comfortable.”

Raeshawn V.

“We had a last minute need for a sitter in Detroit and Raeshawn was fantastic! She took Maggie for a nice stroll and stopped into a doggie pool. It was a short bit sweet visit. Thanks so much!”

Allesha B.

“Friendly and very animal oriented. Did a good job with our dog and left lots of feedback to keep us comfortable. Would recommend.”

Mary M.

“Super friendly and communicative. Attentive to our dog's needs.”

Jack B.

“Jack was great. He watched my dog while we went to a concert at Ford Field. Very flexible with drop off and pick up time as we weren’t sure what time pick up time would be. Highly recommend him! Thanks Jack!”

Melissa M.
“Melissa is such an incredible dog sitter! She loves my dog like her own, and gives her even more walks and attention than my dog is normally used to! Melissa takes my dog on plenty of walks, plays with her, and follows each of my instructions very carefully. You can tell she's amazing with dogs, and she has just as much fun hanging out with them as they do with her! You can count on Melissa to take wonderful care of your dog, and you will be greeted by a happy pup when you get home! :)”

Sunskriti & Mohnish P.
“Sunskriti has a very caring personality and is experienced looking after dogs as she has always taken care of her own dogs and looked after dogs from a shelter and helped to bring them up. She is very knowledgeable and professional, she is a University graduate (she graduated from University of Michigan) and she is able to work from home on some days which makes her more flexible and gives her more time to look after dogs. In my opinion she is the ideal person to take care and look after a dog. If you have any further questions, do not hesitate to contact me.”

James B.
“James would be an excellent candidate for Rover. He helped to train our dog, Solomon. He has a dog named Tiger, and I have watched how he interacts and cares for him on numerous occasions. Many times when James travels, Tiger is his traveling companion. He has a genuine love for dogs and would be a wonderful pet sitter.”

Kianna & Eduardo M.
“Kianna and Eddie are always so reliable whenever I need someone to take care of my babies. Even just stepping in if I’m going to be out late, they are always there to go check on my pets. They feel so comfortable and happy whenever they are with Kianna and Eddie. Truly an amazing sitter and pair!”

Khelsi W.
About: Throughout my life span, I have owned 15 pets: 5 lizards, 8 fish, a hedgehog, a cat, 6 dogs, a scorpion, and a guinea pig. I studied animal science with a concentration in animal biology at MSU, following the pre-vet track. I’ve yet to meet an animal that I don’t get along with- it’s like we just click. I’m a very caring person that loves pets! If I could, I’d be a zookeeper. A lot of things I know about pet care I have learned in a Companion Animal Biology and Management class, from stress to diseases to development, etc. There couldn’t be a more perfect friend to watch your pal! Hope to meet you soon (: ! I am a part time Rover sitter. To my best ability, I will give your pet my undivided attention. I’m rarely too busy to leave unattended. I always ask clients for feeding and potty schedules and adhere to their pets’ rules. Safety is top priority, and your pet is in good hands. Upon request with unfenced yards, leash walking available.

Abbey T.
“Abbey is amazing, she’s been walking my dog for a while. She’s always prompt, And my dog is always happy to see her. I never worry if my cat is taken care of when I’m out of town, because he likes her more than me, and even lets her pick him up.”

Micah W.

Jeanette B.

“This was the BEST service! From the moment precious doggie was in Jeannette's care until his return, I was 150% comfortable that he was in good hands. The pick up and drop off service made it so convenient for me! Whenever I'm in Detroit again, Jeannette will be the one I reserve! ”
