“Sarah was amazing! Kitty was recovering from a cold and she made sure to throughly take care of him (wiping eye boogers, etc.). I had absolutely no worries with her checking up on him. About: When I was 12, my aunt gifted me a toy poodle, and that marked the beginning of my pet care journey. She’s now 13 years old and still in great health. Over the years, I’ve taken care of her grooming, dental cleaning, daily walks, and regular vet checkups. I learned how to read her body language, manage her diet as she aged, and make homemade food when she got picky with kibble. I work full-time as a barista, usually from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, which means I’m available in the afternoons and evenings to care for your pet. Whether it’s playtime, feeding, walks, or just keeping them company, I have the energy (and the love!) to give them the attention they need! At the moment, I live with housemates, so I’m not able to host pets in my home. However, I’m happy to care for your pet in your space to ensure their comfort and well-being. I always follow your instructions closely, whether it’s feeding, walks, administering medication, or maintaining litter boxes. I keep their environment clean, stick to their routines, and make sure they feel safe, loved, and stress-free while you’re away.

“Raquel was excellent! She dropped in to take my dog on walks to the dog park each day and was there at the prearranged time we had discussed for each day. She sent me pictures of my dog playing with other dogs which I always enjoy seeing. Raquel was also flexible when my schedule changed and that was very helpful for us.”

About: I have several years caring for dogs, cats, horses, reptiles, birds, you name it! I love all animals and seem to have a special bond with them. I am really good with timid and elderly pets, and always make sure they are as comfortable as can be. I currently work part time as a dog groomer. I will have plenty of time in the afternoons and weekends to spend time with your fur babies. I am respectful and responsible when I visit your home. I will make sure your baby will get the right amount of potty breaks, on time feeding and meet all of their needs. I love to get outside, go on hikes and visit the river. When available, I have a safe, fenced in 3 acre yard for playtime, running, ball throwing and sniffing. I have 3 friendly dogs to play with, but I do have the ability to separate them in a different area when needed. All dogs are allowed inside the house as well.

“Amy has been amazing with our dog. She's very reliable, prompt, and flexible when we had to make changes to the schedule. Amy has made it so much easier for us after we got our new puppy. We appreciated the updates and pictures after each visit. We would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for help with their pups.”

“Brenda is the best! We have an anxious special needs kitty that needs injections and doesn’t trust most people, but he sure likes Brenda (maybe more than us)! We feel lucky to have such reliable help.”

“Nicholas did an amazing job taking care of our cat, Kiwi! He’s very friendly, flexible, and responsive. Nicholas provided throughout details about each visit and lots of cute pictures. Would highly recommend Nicholas! :)”

About: I’ve been caring for dogs and cats of my own for the past 18 years, and offering services on Rover since 2021. I love going for long walks with the pups and cuddling with kitties. My last pooch crossed the rainbow bridge at 14 years, so I am familiar with senior dog care and administering topical and oral medications. I’m home on weekends, and working a 9-5 during the week. Dogs who are not kid friendly would be more of a challenge, but feel free to message and we can see how to make it work. I have a 2 year old tuxedo cat named BingBong at my home in New Castle and 1/2 custody of a very friendly 5 year old lab/Australian shepherd mix dog named Onyx. I work a full time 9-5 Monday through Friday, but happy to stop by before and after work. My schedule is pretty open on the weekends! I prefer drop in visits and walks in your pet’s home, environment with limited availability for boarding, house sitting, and doggie day care upon request.
