My dog just went through major hip surgery, and is on a strict medication schedule along with PT range of motion exercises and a strict bed rest. Beatryx took the time to meet me and ask exactly what I wanted during Pepe’s boarding. They asked all the right questions and assured me that Pepe would be in great care. The day when I had to leave Pepe, I ran into some complications at work and had to reschedule the drop off time. Beatryx was so understanding and flexible about everything. They sent me pictures every hour because they knew how anxious I was. Pepe was so happy that when we went to leave he had to go back and give Beatryx extra kisses. And this was during a time when we were moving, so Zoey had more anxiety than we have seen before. I felt very comfortable immediately with Izzy and his family. There beautiful dog Bella greeted us with enthusiasm and curiosity. I received daily updates and photos. I appreciated the quick responses on any message I sent. My dog Max will be staying with Izzy family in the future.
Astrid was a lifesaver! The dog sitter for my active Aussie Shepard/pitbull mix had a medical emergency and she agreed to watch my Lola on a week’s notice. Lola can be a handful (she is very hyper until she gets used to people and is reactive towards other dogs) but Astrid and her family were so sweet and patient to Lola that she settled in quickly. Astrid provided updates regularly which reassured Lola was well loved. Will definitely hire Astrid again to dog sit Lola since Lola had such a great time!
Johanna is wonderful. She helped take care of my dog for the weekend. My dog Mia is quite anxious when she’s away from us but I’m glad Mia got comfortable with Johanna for the weekend. Drop off and pick up went smoothly and I’m thankful for the great care that Johanna has provided.
Arryonna was absolutely amazing!! She took great care of our wild puppy for a whole weekend. She updated me daily with pics & videos. We met ahead of time to be sure everything felt comfortable when introducing our pup to her own animals. I can’t say enough good things about our experience
This was our first time leaving our dogs with anyone other than a family member, and I was nervous. Angelica quickly put our minds at ease and sent over updates and pictured daily. You could tell the dogs felt like they were also on a vacation for the weekend. She and her family went above and beyond for our furbabies.. You could tell from the pictures that our senior dog looked comfortable and safe, and our younger dog was living her best life with some new walking (and roller blading!) adventures. I'm relieved to have found her and to now have a backup option for my family.
This was our first time using Rover, and wow did Anna & Jason set a high bar. We had a great meet & greet beforehand, and while we were away they sent updates and photos of Momo settling right in and having a great time. This is my fourth time boarding with Rosa and I can’t thank her enough. I’m usually gone for two weeks and dread leaving them but it was great to see them recognize her and her family this time. Meghan did an amazing job taking care of our two huskies! We truly felt like she treated them like her own. She sent regular updates and photos. One of our pups required medicine and was on a special diet for a few days and Meghan was diligent about making sure he got both. We were gone for 10 days and felt at ease knowing our pups were with Meghan. We will be rebooking in the near future!!
