“We were looking for a new sitter because our usual sitter was unavailable for an upcoming trip. At the meet and greet with Robin, we were worried when Shamu barked every time she got up and walked around. It always takes time for our cautious dog to warm up to new people. Robin suggested that Shamu stay with her to make certain that they would get along. Wow, we were surprised by the glowing reports and Robin told us that Shamu was a gentleman! Robin and Daniel's loving ways won over our little dog. We are looking forward to using them again.”

I had to find a sitter on extreme short notice and I was so thrilled that Chawntea was willing to accept my pup with less than 12 hours notice and for a 13 day stay while I was out of the country. My pampered pooch was treated like her own and I honestly think she may have came back more spoiled than when I left her and after that much time away it was a wonderful feeling knowing she was cared for so well. I allow our furry friends on the couch, but can also work on furniture-boundaries if your pooch isn't allowed on furniture at your own home. About: I am very patient, so if your cat is shy, I will wait for them to trust me. I like to make them feel comfortable around me, and to ensure that I maintain some space between myself and the cat. Of course, I will make sure to feed the cat whenever their owner wants me to. I also like to hold my hand out for the cat to smell me. Usually, the cat allows me to pet them if they are comfortable. In my experience, cars have grown to trust me and enjoy being around me.

About: I have experiences with Senior care and basic training for puppies. I watch their body languages carefully to know when to pause a play and what they need from me :) Leia and I usually go for a walk in the morning, around 5 in the afternoon and quick bathroom break before going to bed. Prior to my dog’s stay at his home Chad had invited us over for a meet&greet and he took a lot of time to inquire about my dog’s character and behaviors, which made me very confident that things would be alright. “I don’t know where to start! Shuvashna and her husband are amazing caretakers for Dolce! Dolce immediately took a liking to a Shuvashna and her husband. Did I mention that I get daily pics and videos (and they are amazing!) to follow her growth and progress while I’m at work? We’ve all found ourselves asking one another “Did she grow more?” That’s how attentive they are. The pup comes home tired and ready to turn in for the night from all day play, which helps sooooo much. Their backyard might as well be a dog park because it most certainly accommodates the hot laps these little 4 legged children are capable of. If I could rate them more than 5 stars, I most certainly would. When I pick up Dolce in the afternoon/evening, Shuvashna and her husband will give me updates and anything new that Dolce does. The plus side to it all, is that Dolce gets to socialize with all different pups! She had a really bad first meet and greet with one of our other family dogs (my sweet girl was bit on the ear ?). I thought all hope was lost. Ever since going into care with Shuvashna, Dolce has found the courage and the heart to socialize to give it another chance and make more furry friends ?. She’s even taken to loving Shuvashna and her husband. I can’t thank them enough for the love they give Dolce. Im so happy I- we found them! They’ve definitely earned mine and Dolce’s trust. I did gig work sometimes on an app called gig work and am out of college for the summer, so I will have plenty of time to care for your fur babies! About: I have taken care of dogs my whole life. I grew up with a dachshund and 3 shar pei’s! A few years ago I rescued a pit pull and back in 2021 I adopted a Shiba. I work as an overnight oncology nurse and I only work 3 nights a week which leaves me with plenty of free time. About: I have been taking care of my family’s and friends dog/pets for years now due to my love of animals, I made sure they are well fed and taken care of no matter what. Nothing makes me sadder than a suffering animal, so I make sure they are taken care of no matter what! I can usually do it after my classes during the week days but I tend not to want to do weekends since I need the free time to make sure I have everything in my personal life taken care of. I make sure my own dog gets her daily walk in the morning before feeding her then once I get home I take her for a walk again before making dinner for her and myself. And of course playing with her outside in my backyard and letting her lay with me if fireworks goes off since she is deathly afraid of them.

About: I’ve had dogs all my life and genuinely enjoy caring for them. I provide a safe, loving home environment and care for one family’s pet at a time so your dog gets plenty of attention and individualized care. I’ll follow your pet’s routine and make sure they feel comfortable, cared for, and right at home while you’re away. I work a hybrid schedule and provide boarding throughout the week and on weekends. Dogs in my care should be comfortable spending a 1-2 hours independently at a time while I am running errands, or attending to other commitments (picking kid up from camp or school for example). Mondays and Thursdays are typically office days, so these days are my longest periods away from home (~8 hours during the day). Outside of those times, dogs receive plenty of attention, affection, walks, and care. I want both pets and their owners to feel comfortable and at ease. I provide a safe, family-oriented home and care for one family’s pet at a time. I’ll follow your dog’s routine, feeding schedule, medications, and any special instructions, and I’m happy to send updates and photos while you’re away.
