“First time using Rover and having Chelsie do drop-in visits. My 3 y.o. tabby jumped in her lap and rubbed on her during the meet-and-greet. 9 y.o. floofer took a few days to warm up although she did do an unexpected observe from a favorite perch. But Chelsie charmed her in the end. I especially appreciated the pics and short vid of my fur kids. Really happy for her care of them!”

About: For me, caring for animal is very special. I have cared with puppies and even senior dogs. And their understanding to go to the bathroom and when it’s time to be just loved. I have hade dogs to cats, all my life between puppies up to seniors, and I know understanding and care you have for your animals like I do for mine. I currently am a full-time student so my hours are very open when it comes to taking care of your pet when it comes to walking, feeding and cuddles. I am there for your animal. I have a lot of free time so if needed I am willing to take care of your animal at your home with feeding and going walks in any special care that your dog needs

About: Welcome to my home, and your cat or dog's new favorite place to stay, Eggbutt Ranch - 3 acres of pet paradise. (For cat boarding- please see cat care details!) Here on my little ranch, I have 3 acres on which I raise and care for my beloved horse, chickens, and goats. With so many different animals and sights to see on the ranch, your pet will have plenty to sniff and explore across the acreage, including the creek (and the wildlife that live along the creek!) that runs through my property. For your pet's safety as well as my animals, I do not let your pet directly interact with the ranch animals, and they are kept on leash, but they can certainly see and smell them as your pet accompanys me on my daily feeding and watering of the ranch animals, getting to see and smell so many new things! Being a remote/online master's student, I am home 24/7 to watch over and care for your beloved pets, and have great flexibility in my schedule. Your pet is never alone, except for maybe an hour if I have to dash out to the grocery store! They do not leave my sight, and enjoy multiple outings throughout the day, generally every 2-4 hours to go out and go potty, and take a mini walk around the property or play a game of fetch. With every boarded dog, I take them on a daily 45-60 minute walk around the nearby neighborhoods to get exercise and some sniffing enrichment to see and smell even more new things. This is typically conducted in the morning after breakfast, but is highly dependent on when there is a break in the rain. If it is raining, we just look for when there is a dry patch throughout the day and go for our walk then. If your dog cannot handle a 45 minute walk, I modify the walk so that it is shorter and can better accommodate that animal's fitness level and ability. If your dog is very high energy and walk doesn't quite meet their exercise needs, I can also jog/run with them to help get that energy out! Aside from a daily exercise and enrichment walk and mini-walks around the property every few hours to allow your pet to relieve themselves and get some more exploring in, I also try to once daily have indoor or outdoor play sessions with toys. If your dog loves tug-o-war, we play that! If they love to fetch, we throw the ball! If they are not much toy motivated, and just like to snuggle up and get some good belly rubs, we do that too! I try to include play sessions during the day to keep them engaged, mentally and physically stimulated, and happy. Being an outdoors person myself, your dog will also get to join me outside as I continuously work on and improve my property! They get to join me outside and enjoy the fresh air while I keep an eye on them and work on fencing, woodworking projects, gardening, and more. With owner approval, I also take them with me on hikes on occasion at the nearby hiking trails and state and county parks. Your pet becomes a part of my life while they are here. They aren't left out of anything, so they're never bored! For all pets boarded with me, I only take on one client at a time, in order to keep your pet safe, and keep the number of animals to a manageable level. Rest assured, when you board with me, your pet(s) are the only one getting all the love and attention! If a client has two or more animals, say two dogs, or a dog and a cat they are boarding with me, that's ok. I just don't take on two separate clients and their animals at a time, in order to keep everyone safe. Strange dogs or kitties don't always mix well, so I make it a policy to only take in one client at a time in order to keep everyone safe. I make it a practice to send a text/message as well as a few photos of your pet(s) each day to update you as to how they are doing, and to give you peace of mind that they are safe and having fun! If you are boarding with me or using day-care services, I have three partially-fenced acres. Given that it is currently only partially fenced, I keep all animals on a leash when we go outside for their safety. I own chickens, a horse, goats, and 4 cats of my own. Please reach out with any questions, I'd be happy to answer and help! Although this is my first time using Rover, rest assured I have petsat for 15+ years now, for a variety of animals. Schedule: I'm currently a masters students, in a remote/online program, so I am home 24/7, minus when I run to get groceries or go out to exercise! Thanks to my extraordinarily flexible schedule, I have the ability to switch around my own items or "to-do" items in order to meet your pets needs. Since I'm home 24/7, I can easily offer boarding and day-care for those that need it. Safety, trust, environment: In my home, I am very hands-on with all my animals care. From medications, to grooming, to exercise, training, and daily care and nutrition, I do it all myself, and am happy to provide the same for your beloved pet as well. For any pet boarded with me, or that is in day-care, or that I am providing drop-in visits for, each day you will be sent a photo with a short update on how your beloved critter is doing, including any concerns should they arise. This is something I have always done for anyone I have pet or ranch sat for, as I believe it brings peace of mind for all involved. For boarding, I have an empty bedroom in my home that can be utilized as a boarded pet "condo" in which they can be peacefully, and safely isolated from my own pets (4 cats) if needed or preferred, and in order to keep stress levels down if you would like. I can supply scratchers and toys during your pets stay if needed or wanted. I can also provide beds if needed. Your pets food bowls will be washed each day to ensure they are clean and bacteria free! Boarding rules: -Pleae make sure you bring your pet's food, and enough for the duration of their stay! -Please let me know if the animal has any behavioral issues (dog aggression, anxiety, fear, inappropriate elimination, etc). Please let me know ahead of time so that I can figure out if I can handle your pet, or if I am not the best fit for your pets needs. If the animal has a behavioral issue, I will only be boarding that one animal at a time. I will not take on animals that have any human aggression or that have a bite history. -Please let me know if the animal has any medical issues. I can take most of these cases on, I just need to know what to expect, so that I can properly care for the animal, or let you know if I am not the right fit. -Please provide a care sheet for each animal, including their name, age, sex, weight, emergency contacts, veterinarian, any medical concerns, current food and amount they eat per day, their vaccination status, microchip status, as well as any relevant medical or life history. This care sheet will be used not only to provide the best care possible for your pet, but also in case of emergency, should your pet need a vet visit. -Animals must be up to date on their vaccinations.

She watches him when I have appointments or other times I need to be gone. I do not have any pets, so I can't relate to that, but I know how she is with people and how she is with her own dogs. About: We are huge dog lovers and have our own crew of rescue dogs. We have been involved in dog rescue for many years on and off! Noella is a SAHM. So she is generally home unless out on and adventure or running errands/appointments. Niles has Saturday and Sunday off and is home evenings. We have 3 indoor cameras so we can check in while we are work or away for any reason. We own the home and property and have almost 2 acres, with a large portion securely fenced. We pair your dog with our dogs that are appropriate for age, play, and general personality similarities. Little dogs can be separate from large dogs if needed/preferred. Dogs are always supervised- whether indoors or out! We just want to extend our love and passion for dogs to others! Young dogs-seniors are all welcome in all shapes and sizes! Our home is their home! We have a secure indoor kennel and outdoor kennel if needed. Special diets are no problem! We are willing to do anything for your dog that you do! Pictures and updates are always provided! We do require that all dogs be fully vaccinated and on flea/ tick medication.

“Our pup Tashi has a new love, Melanie. We noticed after his first professional grooming session with her ... he was smitten and followed her, preferring her company to ours. He followed her to her truck and I'm sure would have jumped right in and gone home with her. So obviously we had to book her for a pet sitting session. He watched her approach from our porch, but when he heard her voice, he went bounding up to her in greeting. Needless to say, the date was great; they watched a doggie cartoon together and went for walks in the autumn drizzle. Melanie, from our point of view as parents ... meets our strict standards for our Tashi. She was timely, great communication with photos during their date, and gave us such peace of mind. Her debrief gave us specifics of his behavior and a couple tips for training. We came home to such a relaxed dog, he didn't bark upon our return ... but did eventually seem pleased we were home. However, when Melanie left, he gave me a look, "how could you let her go, Mom?"”

About: I have grown up with fur babies! My friends and family always come to me first to take care of their animals. I love walks and having a furry friend with me always makes it better!! I am currently working part time. I work 8:00 A.M-2:00 P.M, Monday-Friday. Available for drop-ins or walks anytime between 2:15P.M - 7:00P.M. I understand everyone has different schedules and I am willing to work with yours! :) When I take my animals on walks I always bring a sturdy leash along with treats and bathroom baggies. I try to stear clear of any other animals and prefer walking on sidewalks.

We have a few hyperactive pitbulls and he has no trouble keeping up with them, you can guarantee your pup will be safe and have a great time with Alan. He has helped so much with our cats, changing litter boxes, administering meds, and holding down the fort when I need him!”

About: Hello! My name is Lucy, I’m a long time animal lover and have experience with all kinds. I currently work part time as a veterinary assistant so I am comfortable caring for pets with special needs. I’ve volunteered walking untrained dog at animals shelters so please don’t worry if your dog isn’t perfect on a leash. I was also involved in 4-H for over 10 years. I offer walks, drop in visits, nail trims, house sitting, and more. I’m currently working part time as a veterinary assistant so I have a flexible schedule and am happy to work most times of the day. My two dogs live in a fully fenced yard and have an outdoor enclosure to play in while I’m at work. I’m a big believer in positive reinforcement and fear free training with lots of yummy treats.
