Their home is warm, relaxed, and attracts good "dog vibes," if that's a thing. I so appreciated the wonderful communication, too-- frequent pictures and sweet observations came my way. As a first time Rover user, I had lots of questions about logistics, communication, etc., and Paul was incredibly kind and helpful. Thank you, Paul and Arnel, for being the best imaginable home away from home for sweet Hazel!”
