Janae was so sweet with our puppy, great with communication, and flexible with timing! Will definitely book with them again whenever schedules align!!

Janae was AMAZING with Heimdall! And when I say Heimdall is not your average, easy little houseguest… I mean it. 😂 He is a high-maintenance, professional-grade escape artist who seems to believe fences, doors, gates, and human rules are merely suggestions. Leaving him with someone takes a LOT of trust, and Janae completely put my mind at ease. She was attentive, responsible, patient, and clearly took his quirks and Houdini tendencies seriously. I was actually able to enjoy my weekend knowing he was safe and being well cared for. What made her even more amazing was that she also took the time to go over to our house and check in on our other two dogs, Madeline and Maris, who didn't need the same level of supervision as Heimdall. And she wasn't even remotely intimidated by Madeline...our 160-pound Newfoundland who is basically a small bear disguised as a dog. Heimdall came home happy, healthy, and...most importantly... he was still there when we cam to get him hahahah. That alone deserves five stars! I would absolutely trust Janae with our dogs again and highly recommend her, especially if you have a dog who needs a little more attention than the average pup...or apparently one who outweighs some grown adults. Thank you, Janae, for taking such wonderful care of our crazy crew!
