“Very sweet lady! Did a great job watching the house and our pets! Kept in touch with us while we were out of the state. Sent cute pictures of the dogs and cats! I would ask her to housesit/ pet sit again!”

About: Have experience mainly with bully breed type dogs 100lbs & under as well as cats, lizards, & fish. My experiences have been mainly with rescues. I have helped find loving homes for dogs as well as caring for and rehoming cats. Everyday is a learning experience and enjoy creating bonds with new fur friends! I currently have a flexible schedule that can be adjusted with reasonable scheduling and communication (usually a week advanced notice is preferred). I typically make time to walk my pets in the early mornings/late afternoons/nights and allow the dogs to roam the yard or come relax inside as they please and depending on weather conditions. I would prefer to have pets (especially dogs) to become familiar with me first before we consider boarding them with me. I can accommodate inhouse crate/private room or outdoor crate/private gated kennel for housing.
“Amanda was a great, communicative, thoughtful sitter for my 18 month old pup! Went out of her way to offer to apply my guy's nightly ear drops, sent me photos of him looking happy and playful. Thanks Amanda!”

About: I’ve had my first pet since I was 8 and I’ve loved animals ever since I could remember. I had my first dog walking job in my early 20s when I was in college and my first dog bestfriend was a Shiba Inu. I literally loved him like he was my own. I took him everywhere and anywhere that I went. I helped raised and trained him since he was 6 months old up until he was 7. Unfortunately, our journey had to come into an end when I had to move states for my first career out of college. Now that I’m back home in Cali, I’ve been yearning for another dog best friend or few. Sadly, where I currently live doesn’t allow for dogs on the premises so I’d be happy to go wherever to take care of your furry loved one! My experience includes basic obedience skills such as training and leash manners. **I am also extremely protective of your animals so I won’t take them where I know they could potentially be in danger or in harm.** *I am very communicative and will send pics when you’re away! I am available on the weekends, evenings, and holidays! I am sometimes free during mid afternoons. I am also available to board if when it is requested. I like to make sure that I am in constant communication with every pet’s owners. My preference is that I am provided with a list of do’s and don’ts. Otherwise I like to maintain a clean environment and make sure all animals are fed based on the schedule and amount that the owner provides. I like to be in constant observance of all animal’s habits in case for any changes of health or behaviors and I make sure to maintain a healthy amount of affection based on each animal’s needs.
“Rachel was absolutely amazing from start to finish! She was very prompt with her response to my initial query, quickly scheduled a meet and greet, and came prepared with questions. She is very professional, reliable, and absolutely loves animals. Buster had a great time with Rachel! She stayed with him for three days and I came home to a spotless home and a happy dog. She reviewed all the instructions in depth and consistently provided me with updates and cute little videos of Buster. I will absolutely be using Rachel again in the future and can wholeheartedly recommend her to others.”

“Ani was a wonderful sitter for our cat Cricket. It was our first time using Rover, so we were a little nervous, but Ani totally put us at ease. She took the time to meet with us beforehand to go over everything and kept us updated with texts and pictures while we were gone. She took excellent care of Cricket, giving her daily meds and making sure she stayed active in between her snuggly times. We returned home to a clean and tidy home, which was wonderful after a long trip. We would highly recommend Ani and hope to have her watch Cricket again soon.”
“We had to book a dog sitter last minute and Alice jumped right in! We knew from reading her reviews that we could trust to have her care for our dog Rodin. She was punctual and extremely sweet! We feel fortunate to have met a terrific and caring dog sitter in the neighborhood. We look forward to booking Alice again!”

“Hermes was so awesome with our (challenging) dog and two cats! He watched them for two weeks and sent lots of updates and pics while we were on vacation. Our pets absolutely loved him and we felt really secure knowing they were in good hands. Would definitely book again!”

“Abi was very sweet, and my doggo (Iroh) seemed to enjoy her company. Abi sent me a picture of Iroh having fun outside while I was away, and the house was well maintained. I would hire her again in the future ??.”

“Denise was an absolutely outstanding house & dog sitter. She took amazing care of our dogs and sent us daily photos, videos, and updates. It was so clear that the dogs were incredibly well taken care of and that she genuinely cared for them. The house was also in great shape when we got back. We will be sure to book her again!”

“Thank you again for taking such great care of Mickey and our house! I never worry when you’re here with him because I know you go above and beyond to make sure he’s happy and comfortable! Mickey says thank you for his walks and TLC! ❤️”

“Blake was awesome! We needed a last minute booking and he was happy to accommodate. He sent daily updates and photos and was super easy to communicate with. He also spent loads of time with my dog Remi and took him on nice long walks, which helped keep him happy and calm the whole time we were away. We’ll definitely be reaching out to Blake again in the future!”

“Pamela is a great sitter. She’s always responsive and sends lots of pictures and videos. I can tell that she’s taking good care of my pup and giving him lots of love while I’m away. She even took him hiking and to the dog park for some exercise. Thank you so much!”

“I found the PURRfect pet sitter in Mikki for my kitty Elliott. It is obvious in the communications sent by Mikki that she is a caring, attentive and dedicated animal lover. She is also very responsive and takes the time to share lots of photos, videos, updates and scheduling as to when she would be at the house (and she stayed overnight, which I greatly appreciated)...made me feel comfortable that my kitty was in good hands and being well cared for. Elliott is normally a very shy kitty but it was obvious in the pics and videos that he warmed up quickly to Mikki. She truly has special talents and a kind soul that made my kitty feel at ease. I would recommend Mikki without hesitation and WILL use her services again!!”
