I work as a environmental biologist and enjoy taking care of peoples beloved pets for a little extra income. I have lived in the Wrightwood area most of my life and have been pet sitting here for many years. I have experience with dogs, cats, horses, cattle, donkeys and small critters. I also am able to water plants and any other house care duties needed while you are away on vacation. I have experience with giving pets medication and pets with special needs. I love all animals big and small. I am available in Wrightwood, Pinon Hills and Phelan. I am very reliable and can provide a reference if needed. Overnight sitting books pretty far in advance so please send me a message as soon as possible. I come to your house and take care of your pets where they feel most comfortable. Pets typically do better when you are away if they are able to stay in their home and not go to a boarding facility.

About: I’ve worked with pets of all kinds for more than 20 years. I’ve worked with cats, dogs, birds, fish, lizards, snakes, gerbils, hamsters, rabbits, toads, hermit crabs, and snails. I do charge slightly more for snails because while slow, they are slippery little suckers. I am very organized. I focus on having a routine for the animals because they need it and appreciate it. I know most animals appreciate predictability and attention. I only go to a client’s home. I would rather see the pet on their turf and follow their rules as opposed to taking them out of their safety zone.

About: I have lived with and around cats and dogs my entire life. From the two large dogs I had as a kid to my neighbor's many dogs and cats of varying sizes, I have played with and walked both large and small dogs. I am currently unemployed so I have all the time in the world to play with, watch, or walk your cats, dogs, or whatever else you may have! About: I grew up taking care of 3 cats and 1 dog. Unfortunately 2 of my cats passed away due to old age, but one is still hanging on 14 years strong! My dog is older, but a few years ago I got my boyfriend a puppy, who ended up having puppies of his own. 2 from the litter are now mine and they are currently 1 year old. I care for them daily and have trained them ever since. I have helped my aunts and uncles with pet sitting as well when I was younger. They have 2 dogs and a bearded dragon along with 3 turtles. I am also volunteering at my local Veterinarian Office to gain experience to become a Veterinarian someday. I have a very flexible schedule, considering I take online college classes and I am currently unemployed. I can provide help anytime! I’ll let you know if I have busy days if needed. I have 2 friendly 1 year old dogs, but my family’s senior dog is harder to get along with. He’s not a fan of male dogs, but gets along well with females. I also have a slightly older dog who is the father of my two, but he lives with my boyfriend. I would love to have my other two around your dog if comfortable.

About: I grew up around dogs. I cannot remember a time in my life in which I did not own a dog. I love dogs with all my heart. Friends and family have always trusted me with their fur babies to dog sit and care and love them. I am also usually tasked with training their dogs to do basic commands. I have a lot of experience with dogs of all breeds. I have a couple years of experience volunteering at my local animal shelter, and even have an adorable Valley Bulldog mix as a result of volunteering. I could not resist adopting at least one of my shelter babies! I also currently own a black lab. I love my dogs sooo much, and I will take care of yours as I do mine. I work in the education field, so my schedule is FULLY OPEN from June throughout July. When school is in session, I am available from 4:30pm-10pm and open availability on weekends. I will be there to give your dog whatever care and attention they need, whether that is walking them for however long they are used to, feeding them or giving water, taking them outside to play, etc.

About: I’ve taken care of various pets since I was about 11 years old. Neighbors, friends, and family have relied on me to care for their fur babies while they’re away or unable to do so. I have experience with house sitting, dog walking, and drop-ins for feeding or playing. I am a full time student, and I also work part time 3 days a week. I am available to house sit on weekends. I can do drop-ins and walks Monday-Friday after 5pm. I am efficient in following any and all directions you provide to ensure your pet’s safety. Any walks will require a leash to be used during the entire trip.

My foster fail, Remi, who was rescued from the shelter a couple hours before being put down. And her son, Oso, who was a member of the surprise litter of 8. Remi and Oso are Cane Corso pups that are socialized with both humans and other dogs. Spacious enclosed yard on larger land to enjoy for daily walks. Indoor/Outdoor kennels available for overnights. Neighborhood is quiet except for some talkative dogs on the block but very friendly and easy going area for your pup to relax while you are away.

About: I am a pet parent of 5 years but have loved animals my entire life. As an adult, I’ve had guinea pigs and my rescue mini poodle. My rescue mini poodle is my world! I adopted her in 2020; I make her homecooked meals, learned to groom her myself and value our time together. She has gotten a lot better and less anxious over the years but is reactive and still pulls on leash at times. I understand that this is a work in progress for a lot of dogs.
