As a sitter, I bring personal attention, reliability, and genuine love to every pet I care for. I don't just watch pets — I bond with them. I take time to understand each animal’s personality, routine, and special needs to ensure they feel safe, loved, and relaxed in your absence. About: 🐾 A Lifetime of Love, Now Sharing It Through Rover Hi! I’m Isaac, and I’ve been caring for dogs for over 9 years. Before joining Rover, I worked for free because I simply love animals and wanted to help people in my community. Over time, my passion grew into a professional career where I get to do what I love every day — caring for dogs and making pet parents’ lives easier. I’m also an up-and-coming book writer, which means I’m extremely organized, focused, and detail-oriented. I take notes on every dog I care for so I can fully understand their personality, quirks, and needs. I always do meet & greets before starting any job so that your pet feels comfortable and you can feel confident that they’re in safe hands. I’m calm, patient, and dependable, even in the most stressful or chaotic situations — whether it’s handling a dozen energetic pups, an overly affectionate dog, or cleaning up big messes (which I always do so well you’d never know it happened!). I can handle pregnant dogs, multiple pets, and any breed, and I even offer free basic training for dogs who need a little help with manners — as long as they’re not aggressive. I understand all a dog’s cues — when they’re happy, nervous, or uneasy — and I always listen to what they’re trying to communicate. I take pride in the fact that I’ve never failed a single dog I’ve worked with, no matter how challenging the job was. The only pets I don’t take are aggressive or unpredictable dogs that have a tendency to bite, nip. My goal is to create a safe, loving, and positive experience for every animal I care for. I’m quick to respond to requests and open to long-term clients who want a sitter they can rely on year-round. If you’re looking for someone who’s passionate, responsible, and treats your pets like family, I’d love to be your go-to sitter! 🐶💙 Hi there! I’m so excited to be offering my dog sitting, walking, and drop-in services here on Rover. While I may be new to the platform, I’m definitely not new to caring for dogs! For the past 9 years, I’ve been the go-to dog sitter for family, friends, and neighbors — caring for pups of all ages, breeds, and personalities. Over the years, I’ve learned that every dog is wonderfully unique — and they deserve care that’s just as personal. Whether it’s a drop-in visit for some playtime and cuddles, a long refreshing walk, or overnight house sitting, I make sure every pet feels loved, safe, and understood. Here’s what makes my care a little different: 🐶 Heartfelt, Personalized Attention I don’t just “check in” — I connect. I take time to learn each dog’s quirks, favorite games, and comfort zones. Whether your dog is shy, energetic, or needs a little extra patience, I adjust my approach to make them feel completely at ease. 🚶 Walks That Nurture Mind & Body Walks with me are more than just a potty break — they’re time for enrichment, sniffing adventures, and positive energy. I match your dog’s pace and personality to make each walk both fun and fulfilling. 🏡 Respectful, Reliable Care at Home When I’m in your home, you can trust I’ll treat it — and your pets — with the same care and respect I give my own. You’ll always receive clear communication, photo updates, and peace of mind knowing your furry friend is happy and well cared for. ❤️ Built on Experience, Fueled by Love I’ve spent nearly a decade caring for dogs simply because I love it. Now, joining Rover lets me do what I love most — bringing comfort, joy, and trust to pets and their people. Your dog isn’t just another booking — they become part of my extended furry family. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares, not just someone who “sits,” I’d love to meet your pup! 🐾 🕓 Availability & Scheduling I aim to make pet care as flexible and stress-free as possible for every family I work with. 🐾 Drop-In Visits: Available any day and time — except on major family holidays. I’m happy to accommodate morning, midday, or evening visits to fit your dog’s routine. 🏡 House Sitting: I’m available for overnight or extended stays anytime. I just ask for at least one day’s notice so I can plan accordingly and give your pet my full attention. 🚶 Dog Walks: I offer walks daily between 3:00 PM and 11:00 PM — perfect for after-work strolls, evening walks, or nighttime potty breaks. Please note: I do not offer walks past 11:00 PM. Communication and consistency are important to me, so I always confirm bookings promptly and keep you updated with messages and photos during my visits. My goal is to give you total peace of mind — knowing your pets are cared for with reliability, love, and respect for your schedule. Hello! “Ella was absolutely perfect! She was personable, kind, on time, communicative, and our dogs loved her. I am glad we connected with her and we will definitely use her season in the future.”

About: I grew up around dogs. I cannot remember a time in my life in which I did not own a dog. I love dogs with all my heart. Friends and family have always trusted me with their fur babies to dog sit and care and love them. I am also usually tasked with training their dogs to do basic commands. I have a lot of experience with dogs of all breeds. I have a couple years of experience volunteering at my local animal shelter, and even have an adorable Valley Bulldog mix as a result of volunteering. I could not resist adopting at least one of my shelter babies! I also currently own a black lab. I love my dogs sooo much, and I will take care of yours as I do mine. I work in the education field, so my schedule is FULLY OPEN from June throughout July. When school is in session, I am available from 4:30pm-10pm and open availability on weekends. I will be there to give your dog whatever care and attention they need, whether that is walking them for however long they are used to, feeding them or giving water, taking them outside to play, etc.

About: I've always had a special connection with animals. My dogs and cats have been rescued, not from a pound but have come to me either from the streets or random place. Had a mixed Rottweiler pup who followed me one rainy night, named him Lucky. Another rainy night years later a kitten followed me to my door, named her Pandora. Rescued a cat from inside a car hood once. Found an injured red cheeked parrot on the sidewalk, who I brought back to health and released back with its flock. They say you can't teach an old dog new tricks, I say with a little patience and lots of love you can teach any animal something new. I have had parents who's dog isn't so social walk up to me, sniff and ask to be pet. The parent telling me they don't EVER do that. Wouldn't mind a crazy active dog, love to stay active by walking around our beautiful parks. My week is pretty flexible I have a lot of free time on my paws. So your children will be very well looked after, they might get annoyed with having me around so much. Have a small yard that has a very small brick wall. I know the importance of safety and always having dog on leash. In-home in or out of crate is fine. And home visits whatever the owner is comfortable with.
About: I've grown up with all kinds of dogs from chihuahuas to great danes, puppies and senior doggies as well with all kind of different personalities too so I'll be ready for any dog :) I usually end up spending most time at home with my own pets so I'll have plenty of time to see yours too whenever you need me to with my schedule being very free I'll be treating your pets with the same love and respect that i would my own, making sure they're doing great and feeling happy. .

As of August 2026, there are 1,337 sitters on Rover offering Cat Sitting across Big Pines. Enter your ZIP code to see which available sitters are closest to your home.
Cat sitters on Rover care for your cats’ needs and can spend quality time with them, including activities like feeding, playing, and refreshing their water and litter boxes. Depending on your arrangement, you can schedule as many visits per day as your cat needs or find a sitter who can stay at your house overnight. Some sitters also board cats in their home.
House sitting can be ideal for cats who need socialization or care that lasts longer than a few hours. Your cat stays in their own home, on their own schedule, with care based on what you and your sitter agree on together.
Many pet parents provide a spare key or arrange a lockbox. You can also exchange keys during the Meet & Greet and show your walker how to use digital fobs or personalized codes. It helps to arrange access to your home, from spare keys to concierge introductions, before pet care begins.
If you live in an apartment or condo, don’t forget to discuss details like buzzer access, codes, or elevator etiquette. These details can help a pet sitter feel more comfortable going in and out of your building.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Big Pines. On Rover:
- 90% of sitters can help with special care needs
- 95% can help with giving oral medications or injections
- 98% can help with daily exercise
You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
