About: I have been a dog lover my entire life. I had a Lhasa Apso for over 5 years before relocating for work and marrying my husband and having children. We plan to become pup parents again but in the meantime, I am ready to shower your doggie with love and fun in the sun! I work from home so I'll have plenty of time to take your dog on walks and my 3rd and 7th graders will love to entertain after school hours. We live in a secured building and our apartment has a patio that leads to a fenced backyard. We can also crate your dog if needed in between walks and playtime.

About: I have a cat, but love dogs and cats equally. Have taken care of friends dogs multiple times and fallen in love with every single one! My cat is too shy for most doggy attention so I can primarily offer dog-walking and drop in visits. If a dog is particularly chill (and likes cats), I can board them with the kitty! I am happy to engage / entertain your pet in whatever manner they need and as long as they need. Games, walks, runs, brushing, snuggles are all fair game. I have a remote desk job with flexible timing so can be flexible to your pet’s needs. I have a very tiny bit of experience training dogs - so please let me know if your pupper has any behavioral issues you’re working on. My working schedule is flexible and allows me to be available during the week at any time of day based on the pets needs. My weekends can sometimes be booked up - but the calendar will be up to date there. However, unless I’m strictly out of town - I’m happy to check in on your pet during the weekend as well. In my home I have quite a few cat items and an extra carrier / litter box - so if a cat needs to visit they’re all set. I have food bowls for dogs. I’ll care for your pet in your own home however works best for them.

About: I have 25 years experience taking care of small dogs all the way from puppyhood to seniors in delicate health. I raised 2 adorable yorkies of my own since they were puppies all the way through to old age with dementia, heart disease and collapsed trachea. I have extensive experience taking care of senior dogs that require lots of extra care and comfort and diligence. I am very attentive to details and will ensure your little dog(s) get lots of play time, attention and care, and is safe. I do not have any pets of my own right now, and no kids in the home. I am by myself so they will get my undivided attention. I also fully understand that need for you to feel secure and confident that your babies are safe and happy while you are away. Happy to discuss all needs and details and accommodate. I am home all day, 7 days a week so your pups will get my undivided attention and lots of potty breaks/walks/playtime. We can also go to nearby parks as a treat, My schedule is very flexible and I can adapt it around your pup’s needs. I live in a condo building that is very safe and secure. There are lovely walking paths outside my condo and parks nearby. During walks, safety from other dogs is my utmost concern.

“Jake was very accommodating & responsive when I needed to set up day care for my dog, Diego, at the last-minute. His dog, Coco, was super welcoming. It was clear the stay was very fun for Diego, as he was really happy playing with Coco from the moment I dropped him off, despite it being a new environment, & still when I went to pick him up about 6 or 7 hours later. Jake sent a few pics & even a video during the several hours Diego was there, which was greatly appreciated. The building where Jake lives seems extremely dog friendly. I saw numerous dogs coming in & out both times I was there. & the culture of the building seems very welcoming of other dogs, as all of the people with dogs were happy to stop & say hi to Diego & let their dogs interact with mine. I will definitely use Jake for doggie sitting in the future, & strongly recommend him to others.”
