About: Hi! I’ve been around dogs my entire life, and caring for them is truly something I love. Over the years, I’ve gained a lot of hands-on experience through privately dog sitting for friends, family, and repeat clients. From energetic puppies to older dogs who need a little extra patience and care, I’m comfortable handling a wide range of personalities and needs. About: I have been watching our neighbors and family friend’s dogs and doing drop-ins since I was little. My family has also had a dog since I was in highschool. I take him on walks every evening and am responsible for feeding and letting him out when my family is out of town. As well as my sisters dog when she stays with us. I am available throughout the day to do drop-in’s, go on walks or spend time with them at home throughout the day. Aside from a random day I have plans, my schedule is very flexible. I have a dog I take on walks at home and enjoy being outside with. As well as playing/throwing their toys or sitting together at home.
About: Growing up, I always had pets around my home. From a docile miniature Dachshund to an excitable (perhaps… crazy?) German Shepherd, I have taken care of dogs of various sizes and personalities! I love both over-excitable pups and older dogs who need extra support and care. In the past, I have spent time volunteering with Mastiffs to Mutts Rescue to transport rescue dogs from their foster homes to their forever homes, so I have experience handling very large dogs! I currently have two gray tabbies (a bonded pair of sisters) and grew up with other feline friends. I understand the kind of care they need when their favorite humans are away, whether they are skittish or brave adventurers! I'm currently a music teacher in Washington County, so I am tend to only take clients over holidays and throughout the summer months. I am also available on most weekends with at least 2 days notice. I live in a small home with my own cats, so I am not available for pet-sitting in my own home. However, I have experience pet-sitting and house-sitting and take extra care when in someone’s home. Security and safety of your pet and home is my first priority. She took the time to visit a few days before her check-ins for an in-person meet and greet with our kitties, which we really appreciated and found very reassuring. While we were out of town, she arrived exactly when she said she would and carried out everything as promised. She was kind, sweet, very responsive, and clearly cared about our kittens. They recently got spayed and neutered and had e-collars, and she was comfortable with the extra TLC they would need.
