She took the time to visit a few days before her check-ins for an in-person meet and greet with our kitties, which we really appreciated and found very reassuring. While we were out of town, she arrived exactly when she said she would and carried out everything as promised. She was kind, sweet, very responsive, and clearly cared about our kittens. They recently got spayed and neutered and had e-collars, and she was comfortable with the extra TLC they would need. Her pricing was also very reasonable for the level of care and professionalism she provided. We felt completely at ease knowing our kittens were in such good hands. Allisa did a wonderful job with our cat Jeri, and also keeping water, food, and litter properly maintained. She was extremely professional and respectful at our meet and greet which put me at ease because I had never hired a pet sitter before, and was somewhat nervous about it.
