About: I have been taking care of pups since I was 6 years old. I started my own dog walking business in middle school and have been working with WAG! For the last 6 years. I am experienced in giving medications including shots. I am currently open availability due to being an Independent contractor. I am available from early morning to late nights. No specific times are blocked off and I will communicate ahead of time if unavailable. I always ask what owners would like/prefer when going to their homes that way their fur baby is not having to switch anything or go out of their comfort. I will always try and accommodate and make a fur baby feel like home in my home.

About: I'm a certified veterinary assistant. I've spent the past 6 years working in daycare boarding and rescue facilities. I have experience walking, feeding, bathing, medicating and microchipping. I am a stay at home mom, so I have plenty of time to spend with all types of animals. Doing a job like this allows me to spend more time with my family. I care for every animal differently depending on their needs/ their owners needs. I also use a slip lead while using a regular leash just in case one fails.

About: I have 2 Yorkshire Terriers, Dash who is 10 and Chevy who is 6 months. Dash has diabetes and requires insulin as well as oral medication and I am comfortable giving both. I also frequently take care of a friend’s senior Goldendoodle. I’ve house sat for up to a month at a time before which I am okay doing. I have more experience with dogs but I’d love to take care of your cats as well! I am currently finishing my last few pre-requisites for nursing school and most of my classes are online so I’m at home/available often. I do take care of my puppy when I’m home but I live with my family who takes care of him as well. I’d love to fit your pets into my schedule! If your pet comes to my home I do have a fully fenced front and back lawn. As well as a great neighborhood for going on walks. My house isn’t huge but I do keep my space clean and always make sure the pets aren’t able to get into anything.

About: I grew up with a Pomeranian and cared for him through his senior years, so I know the extra patience and gentleness older pets need. I also raised my brother’s kitten to adulthood and have dog sat for relatives and cat sat for friends and coworkers, from playful puppies to shy kitties. What sets me apart is that pets have never been a side interest for me. Pets have been a part of my daily life since childhood, and I treat every animal like my own! As a student, my schedule gives me a good amount of flexibility during the week, so pet care fits in naturally rather than being squeezed in around a rigid 9-to-5. I can build feeding, walks, and playtime into my day without rushing, and I have the free time to give each pet real attention, not just a quick check-in. That flexibility also means I can adjust to a pet’s routine instead of asking them to adjust to mine. I only provide care in the client’s home, since I think pets do best staying in their own familiar environment, surrounded by their usual smells, sounds, and routine instead of the stress of a new space. When I’m there, I stick closely to the pet’s normal schedule for feeding, walks, and playtime, and I make sure to spend real one-on-one time with them, not just handle the basics. I also keep an eye on anything that seems off whether it’s their appetite, energy, or behavior so I can flag it to the owner right away.

Whether it be going to a 4-H show on the weekend or going on a run with the dogs, we always had an animal with us. I now have a golden retriever and she’s like another kid to me so I completely understand wanting to find someone you can trust with your animal while you’re gone. I’ve always loved being around animals, so it’s a nice way for me to escape the day to day responsibilities 😊 I have a 2 year old daughter so she would accompany your pup and I on any walks we take. About: Hi, I'm Trisha! I have been married for a little over 5 years to my husband Shawn. I have 2 children, a 10 year old boy, named Orion, and my daughter Kaylee, who would have been 22 years old, unfortunately she passed away from a car accident in 2020. I grew up in a little country town in CA. And was raised with animals. My grandpa was a big animal lover, and we had everything from a baby bear cub to kittens. I was in FFA for 4 years and raised a pig all 4 years to sell at the fair. Shawn is from the Arlington area and was also raised with animals. He has raised everything from goats to kittens. We feel that your pets aren't just pets, but more like a child, and we know the importance of finding the right care for your Fur-Babies. A majority of the pets we have cared for have been rescue pets. The the transition for them is hard enough as it is being left at a stranger's house, and we don't want to make that transition any more difficult for them. We ask that you bring an item with them, something that they associate with you and home. Also we ask for these items as well: food, food bowl, and water bowl, bed or bedding, toys they may want to play with, treats, and of course a daily interaction log ( we want to keep them on the same routine that they are use to, or as close to it as we can) I also try and send pictures daily, but in the off chance I miss a day, I send extra shots the next day. If we sound like a good fit for you, we are always happy to set up a meet and greet at our place for introductions. (We have also taken in fur-kids without meet and greets.) Drop off and pick up are as followed: Drop Offs: before 6:30am are an additional $10.00 Pick ups: after 8pm will be an additional $1.00 per minute unless prior arrangements have been made with Shawn or myself.
