Logan brings a slip lead when he walks my dog because she is too scared to allow someone to harness her regularly. I’m hoping as time goes on my dog might allow Logan to leash her up properly but for now I’m glad that Logan is continuing to allow her the space to learn that she’s safe.”

About: I have taken care of both puppies and adult dogs. I have a flexible schedule and can drop by more than once daily if needed! I’m retired and have an open schedule. I can do multiple visits daily if needed. I also have the flexibility to do longer visits if needed to provide socialization and comfort for your pet! I don’t have the ability to care for pets in my home, but I’m available to go to my clients’ homes as frequently as needed. About: I'm a lifelong cat owner and recently adopted a 6-year-old Newfoundland/German Shepherd mix who's the bestest boy. About: I've been caring for friend's and neighbor's pets since I was a teen, and I would love to come give your pets some affection and exercise while you're busy or away! I've lived with many dogs with many different personalities, and have experience working with reactive, anxious, and high-needs dogs. I adopted my (2yo) dog as a puppy and have been learning a lot about puppy training too! I practice positive reinforcement training and I'm happy to turn our walks and play time into opportunities to work on your pup's training. I'm available to come play with your dog, take them for walks, and make sure they get lots of loving attention! I currently work as a field botanist and my schedule is variable throughout the year. When I’m in town I can be available most times of day with advance notice. I try to keep my calendar updated a month or two in advance with my availability. I'm happy to follow any requests, rules, or special needs you have for your pet. I find treats to be a great way to befriend most pups- unless you have particular treats for your dog, I'll typically have treats to share! If your dog takes some time to warm up to strangers, or has trouble walking in places where they may interact with other dogs, I am more than happy to work through their needs with you and the pup.

About: Although i do not currently have a pet, i often live with those who do and treat them as my own. My work on organic farms has often included animal care: dogs and cats, horses, ducks, chickens, and even deer! i am committed to caring for your pet for who they are and how they interact with the world currently, i work part time, and am in remote, asynchronous classes during the rest of the time. pet care slots beautifully into these spaces, and for those who like a little company during the day, can allow me to multitask! i am a fairly active walker, enjoy a good stroll in the morning or evening, and am happy to spend some time playing at the park or in your yard. we can hang out inside, some brushing and pets as well.

About: I grew up in Florida surrounded by reptiles of all kinds, lots and lots of dogs, a couple cats, and other assorted pawed and clawed friends. I've had dogs in my family since I was a little kid. I have a particular soft spot for small dogs and grumpy elderly dogs who just want to relax. I currently have 1 dog, 1 cat, 3 tarantulas, a 20g aquarium housing a school of tetras with a pleco, a leopard gecko, a flock of quails, and colonies of mealworms and dubia roaches. Next on the list is a snake 🥰 I'm a UoA student looking for some supplemental income. I have access to a car, and am otherwise unemployed. Family-quality pet care is part of my daily routine since I have a small zoo of my own babies. I like to be particularly attentive to pets' body language and cues. It's fun for me to figure out what critters do and don't like, so I can pamper them accordingly.
