She boarded our dog at her home for almost 3 weeks, and took extra care to introduce Raina slowly and carefully to the environment and certain other dogs there that she would get along with. Charity has a lot of experience boarding and managing multiple dogs, and she was careful to keep Raina to certain parts of her home and property that would be appropriate for her. She sent us pictures and updates almost every day while we were gone, and communicated with us right away whenever we sent an inquiry. She gave us lots of information and it was clear that our little girl was getting lots of love and attention. This was the first time we had trusted Raina to anyone other than close family or friends, and I'm happy to say Charity exceeded our hopes and expectations for dog care.
