“Cash was so happy and so were we! They sent us pics almost every day and gave good reports! He did so well with Erin and Joey!! We’ll definitely use them again!!!”

“Tyler was a lifesaver! He was able to watch our dog last minute and was fantastic with communication, always getting back to us quickly. He sent updates with pictures and videos throughout the night. Our dog was so happy with him, she didn't even want to leave when we picked her up! We'd definitely recommend Tyler to anyone and will absolutely use him again.”

“It has been such a pleasure and a relief to have left our girl with Kaitlyn and her family. The first time we left her with someone, it was such a sketchy experience that we weren’t sure we’d ever use Rover again. She was covered in fleas and she seemed to develop a bad habit or two. But now our faith has been restored! We got updates with pictures every day, she was clean and had playmates to keep her happy and busy too. I really hope we’re able to come back here if ever we need to ☺️.”

“She is always so responsive and send lots of updates of our baby. She is a great sitter and we always appreciate the fun that he has and the love he receives while at her house!”

“Kayla and her husband are the absolute best!!! They loved our dogs like their own and our dogs fell in love with them immediately!!! They sent daily pics and videos and the joy on our 4 dog’s faces were pure joy. They totally felt at home. And to open their home during Christmas was such a blessing! Would absolutely use them from now on. 🙏”

“This was our second time having Hope watch Daisy for us. Hope sends photos and updates that help the kids who miss their fur-sibling while on vacation. Hope is Awesome and we plan on rebooking again in the future.”

“Haley & Ryan took great care of Huck while we were out of the country and sent us pictures and updates each day. It’s so hard to leave your pet but in certain situations it’s unavoidable. It sure makes it easier when you know they’re being treated well. Thanks again!”

“Ms Sandy was so great with our senior dog, Vixen! I never worried about her and Sandy sent several pictures of her happy! Ms Sandy also was great with some of the senior dog issues Vixen sometimes has. Overall I felt extremely at ease with Vixen staying there and would definitely have her watch our dog again!”

About: I’ve owned and taken care of dogs for 50 years. I’ve taken care of up to seven dogs at once. I’ve had big and small dogs. All my dogs are adopted and some have had special needs. I’m retired, so I have plenty of time to play with your pups. I’m currently available to watch or board all week. I love taking dogs for walks. I have a fenced yard. Currently I don’t have any dogs but occasionally I watch my daughters dog. Even though I don’t have dogs I make sure all gates are closed and secured.
“Cyndie was great! Her home is super accommodating and setup perfectly for sitting. Our pup couldn’t have had a better experience. If Cyndie will have him, he will be back!”

“This was my first time using Rover and I was very nervous, my girl is my whole world. Brynn was just absolutely amazing! We did a meet and greet first which was great, and then Kimura really had the best time during her stay! I can’t say enough good things. I got regular updates, and I truly felt my girl was being really cared for. I’m so grateful she had such a smooth and great time. :) definitely recommend!!”

“Haley was great from beginning to end! The meet and greet was awesome, learned everything about her, the family and how she cares for her boarders! Haley even sent us pictures while we were away! Will definitely be staying in contact for next time!”

“Misty is the best! My dog, Roxy usually doesn't eat when I am away, but she ate while being with Misty, and I could tell by the videos and pics that she enjoyed her time with Misty. I will definitely come back to her for the next trip.”

“Jack spent the night with Ester and family as a test run for a longer stay soon. They passed with a perfect score! Jack was very much at home and was very calm when I picked him up! So happy to know that when we leave on our trip he’ll be in great hands and feels content!”
“We’ve been taking Magic to Scott’s for a couple of years now, and he seems to enjoy it. The tail wags when he gets out of the car and realizes where he’s going. Scott also sends daily picture updates which I appreciate.”

“They were the best!!! Took care of my boy like he was one of their own. I was so at ease when he was there and they were committed to giving me updates and pictures. I'm so glad I met them!”

While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in TN ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
