About: I specialize with big dogs and elderly dogs. I'm a taller guy with a longer walking stride so larger dogs can get more for workout. My schedule is daily throughout the whole day. I normally like to plan 24 hours in advance but if my schedule is open I don't mind same day or last minute. Tuesday -Thursday from 11am-3pm I am not available I currently have no pets right now at my home I do have a rather large backyard. At the parents home, I do make sure that the pets are well fed and hydrated before leaving unless otherwise told. Disclaimer: If there issues at the home during my time at your residence and not disclosed before booking such as but not limited to: proper running water, working AC/HEAT, controlled pest infestation, power outage, violent pet(s), unsanitary conditions, health concerns without proper insurance you will liable for the vet bill and transportation cost or all day 24 hour care with a pet(s) that can not be alone for 3-4 hours than will incur with an extra inconvenience charge of $100 or more and/or cancellation with the help of Rovers support team.

She was open to learning our process and was very attentive to our cat’s needs. She went above and beyond the administration, topping off food and water bowls, cleaning him up a bit and giving him snuggles. “Rowyn was absolutely amazing!! I cannot say enough great things about her and her compassion, professionalism and how fantastic she was with my two almost 17 year old kitties! They require oral medication every day, which can be challenging, and on the first day, one was being difficult and refusing the medication, I had told her she could leave since she had already been there longer than the standard allotted drop-in visit time, but she was determined to make sure they both had their medication and was patient and stayed until they both finally took the medication. She absolutely went above and beyond, and was so attentive, so communicative and sent so many pictures! She always arrived on time, despite my saying the timing was flexible! She is someone we completely trusted with the care of our cats and also felt 100% comfortable coming and going from our house. She also went above and beyond and even did some cleaning so when we got home from vacation, we had nothing to worry about!! I cannot recommend Rowyn more highly! This is the second time that Kelly has taken care of my cats. She is very professional, kind, and compassionate with my little trouble makers!
