About: I am a married mother with a 14 year old daughter and a 17 year old son. I also have 2 cats and a sweet 8 year old pit mix. Animals and animal rescue are my passion and I have been watching friends' and neighbors' dogs in my home for years. I have a fenced in backyard and my cats and dog are good with dogs. There is a long flat grassy area and a big hilly area for them to run. My experience administering medication I am comfortable administering oral medications. I currently work from home most of the time so I will be around to make sure your dog gets lots of attention and time. About: Growing up, I always had pets around my home. From a docile miniature Dachshund to an excitable (perhaps… crazy?) German Shepherd, I have taken care of dogs of various sizes and personalities! I love both over-excitable pups and older dogs who need extra support and care. In the past, I have spent time volunteering with Mastiffs to Mutts Rescue to transport rescue dogs from their foster homes to their forever homes, so I have experience handling very large dogs! I currently have two gray tabbies (a bonded pair of sisters) and grew up with other feline friends. I understand the kind of care they need when their favorite humans are away, whether they are skittish or brave adventurers! I'm currently a music teacher in Washington County, so I am tend to only take clients over holidays and throughout the summer months. I am also available on most weekends with at least 2 days notice. I live in a small home with my own cats, so I am not available for pet-sitting in my own home. However, I have experience pet-sitting and house-sitting and take extra care when in someone’s home. Stellar cat sitter!!! Kieran was super communicative before and during our trip and his pictures clearly showed that he was playing with / spending time with our kitties. Before our trip, he was kind enough to come pick up the keys and do a meet and greet with our cats - we immediately knew our kitties and home would be in good hands.
